Submitted online dental claim. The claim form would for some reason not allow me to attach a photograph of my receipt, hence 4star review. Nicola emailed me and I was able to attach it to the email. Problem sorted straight away and payment authorised. Thank you Nicola

Very good with service only one downfall was lost receipts so I had to supply new ones, but was quickly dealt with.

My claim was dealt with quickly and professionally by Nicola Williams. However I am not sure why I needed to send my previous years payments, I would of thought my invoice for the treatment would been suffice.

Only reason for 4 stars is because my original claim form was never received, however upon advice received from Customer Service member, I then submitted my form electronically and received my payment within the week.

Straight forward process on a laptop, form wouldn't submit from my phone for some unknown reason. Once my dental history was verified payment was sent to me which took a couple of days.

It did feel like my claim was not getting paid and I had to visit the dentist again to query paperwork and resubmit it again it did annoy me that I was made to feel like I was making a false claim . I luckily my second submission was accepted I was about to cancel my policy I didn’t think all the hoops you have to jump through was worth the hassle but anyway I haven’t let’s see how I go next claim in 6 months time .

I just made my first claim, was going to do it online but the drop down price amount I was claiming for wasn't on there so it would be handy to have an option to put your own amount. Therefore I had to ring up for claim forms- very friendly and helpful. Once the forms arrived as I was reading through them a couple of things were confusing so emailed the company- I needed further information from my dentist but the customer service via email was very helpful and quick to reply and processed my claim for me. I'm sure for any future claims it will be more straightforward but I was satisfied with every member of staff I dealt with

I contacted my dental insurer once it became apparent that the claim I had submitted on 15th June 2022 had still not been credited to my account. This matter was dealt with promptly by a very helpful lady called Nicola Williamson, who asked me to send my receipts for the June claim directly to her. This claim was then processed within a day. I am currently waiting for the amount to be credited to my account but am confident that if there are any further issues I can contact the insurer again and these will be resolved quickly.

I needed to ring as I couldn't find my policy number to make a claim - my call was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was very helpful. I was treated courteously regarding the two claims I submitted although one was turned down as it was made too late.

After a claim error where 2 claim were not processed I flagged this with UKhealthcare, and Craig swiftly discovered the error and rectified. The payback should be with me soon.
