“My contact was a Mr Carl Strickland and he couldn't of been more helpful taking his time whilst I collected the evidence needed contacting me as soon as he realised this was lost and bairing with my rather odd attachments.....more Mr Strickland I say”

“Initially my claim was delayed as a member of staff asked for further receipts which I sent directly to him. However my claim was not processed by the same person and after nearly a month I had to telephone customer services. The claim was then dealt with very efficiently by Nicloa and the claim was authorised. Unsure why my claim was delayed.”
