Debra Grimshaw emailed me my new policy as the first email was not received. She did this very quickly after my HR dept contacted UK Healthcare.

Very quick to pay benefit, without any fuss. Only negative is policyholders cannot themselves check how much of each benefit remains. Other health insurance companies do have this facility.

I received a response to an email querying whether I'd submitted my claim correctly, I think, less than an hour afterwards. And although I'd not completed it correctly, the advisor confirmed that my claim was being processed and when to expect payment - excellent service!

After sending in a claim, Nicola emailed to say not all the information was there. I sent the information but did not receive payment. After a phone call this was quickly rectified. Thanks

I e-maild the general helpdesk and received a reply within two hours. The matter i was enquiring about was dealt with the same day. Very good service

My partner & I have been members of UK health care for over 18years. I tend to now submit claims on line although you do have to scan in receipts etc. Its a sgame you cant claim any prescription costs if your oaying for prescription pre payment. On balance as my partner has glasses I feel personally its worth it. In terms of customer service Carl has always been great def an asset to the company

Submitted online dental claim. The claim form would for some reason not allow me to attach a photograph of my receipt, hence 4star review. Nicola emailed me and I was able to attach it to the email. Problem sorted straight away and payment authorised. Thank you Nicola

My claim was dealt with quickly and professionally by Nicola Williams. However I am not sure why I needed to send my previous years payments, I would of thought my invoice for the treatment would been suffice.
