I have always been able to send a photo of my receipts and never had a problem. Something has changed and now the photos have to be converted to PDF or JPEG! Not an easy task for a 70 year old. Other than that I have never had an issue with my claims

Staff very friendly and helpful 5* Good communication. Payments are swift. The only downside is the online form which can be a little clunky. Recommended.

after my initial application for a cash benefit plan was "lost" online because of technical difficulties, Sara was quick to respond providing me with a hard copy application form which he then processed and backdated to my initial application.

Happy with the prompt service for increasing my service level. However I was initially told the claim could be made 6 months after the service date, when the paperwork states 3 (which is what I understood anyway).

great communication, really quick to get back to me with my enquiry. I would have given 5 stars if all comms could have been electronic. Having to complete a printed off copy of a change form should not be necessary with today's technology.

Great service, well designed, with quick service responses, my only gripe is the difficulty of figuring out what I have claimed on and when. Specifically, I feel there should be a page where I can see my current levels of each claim.

Submitted my claim had an email informing me my claim had been unsuccessful as yes the health care had received my receipt but my name was not visible. So without delay I resent the relevant receipt clearly showing my name to Deborah, within an hour had an email to say it had now been resolved the money would be in my bank within 5 days. Thank you Deborah
