“It was my first claim and initially was refused as it had been more than 3 months since commencement of treatment, I disputed this as I had explained due to Covid was unable to complete treatment for 10 months and enquired previously about claiming and was advised treatment had to be completed prior to claiming. With thanks to Carl Stickland this was resolved quickly and efficiently and proved there is good customer service.”

“IT needs improvement but staff on the whole quite helpful. Their company cash plan is probably the most varied on the market currently but occasionally let down via communication. Good product offering just few little glitches improvements could make them great.”

“Good value for money, polite staff, would like to see tech claim area improved, having to fill in the form for each claim is time consuming, should be able to upload more than 1 claim in same transaction etc.”

“We have recently moved to UK Healthcare from being with a previous provider for 6 years. We are in early days however so far so good and the scheme has been well received with our people. The turn around time on payback for claims is quick and easy ... we would love to see an app launched in the future!”

“The initial workshops and support from Andrew was fab, however there is definite room for improvement with the whole finance process - each invoice has been wrong to date, duplicate entry of members; no ability to re-issue an incorrect invoice etc”
