Initially my claim was delayed as a member of staff asked for further receipts which I sent directly to him. However my claim was not processed by the same person and after nearly a month I had to telephone customer services. The claim was then dealt with very efficiently by Nicloa and the claim was authorised. Unsure why my claim was delayed.
