“I haven’t had any issues when processing my claims. Where further proof is needed, (I have noticed they have become more stringent with this as of late), I’ve been able to provide it and the claim was accepted. Payment has always been swift. Very happy with the service, especially with Carl’s assistance.”

“Not worth the cost. Private cover costs more than NHS, private treatment costs more than NHS, but I can claim back much less than if I was a NHS patient. Rip off”
