“Very helpful call customer services call with Laura today. So nice to speak to someone in person. She was well informed and gave me all the information I asked for and a follow up email speedily followed. Claims are processed quickly and efficiently.”

“I upgraded my policy through work which confirmed by new policy would start on the 1st april, when i claimed it included my old claim and said it was a rolling contract so why would i be advised it didnt start until the 1st april if it was a rolling contract poor information and misleading”
