I haven’t had any issues when processing my claims. Where further proof is needed, (I have noticed they have become more stringent with this as of late), I’ve been able to provide it and the claim was accepted. Payment has always been swift. Very happy with the service, especially with Carl’s assistance.

I was refused my reimbursement due to late claim. I find very unfair. I have never missed my payments ever since I joined the policy. Therefore I will not be able to continue with the policy

I am new to UK Healthcare through my place of work, so I am still working out the processes. Its all easily done on line and there is good support when needed. After a little false start I was able to get up and running and I look forward to having this benefit when and if needed for peace of mind.

Not worth the cost. Private cover costs more than NHS, private treatment costs more than NHS, but I can claim back much less than if I was a NHS patient. Rip off
