“Brilliant communication, I had a problem with my claim application was advised immediately within 3 hours and resent the info and was sorted within 2 days ,cannot fault the service and value for money let's face it communication is paramount with any service good/bad news at least you know what's going on”

“Wow! Had issue uploading evidence making an online claim and via post was not appealing. Contacted customer service and, Nicola Williamson Customer Service Advisor was truly amazing! She invited me to send forms and evidence to her by email and she will progress this on my behalf, did this at 13:30 and at 16:20 the same day I had an email from her confirming claim was processed and payment will clear in my account within 3-5 days. I kid you not! Very happy customer”

“Sara was a great help to me upon being appointed in my new role of People Manager. She was fast to jump on a call with me and iron out some of the details along with supporting me in engaging our team in the products more. She suggested some useful ways to track our progress too which could deliver great measurables for our senior team!”

“I had an issue with a claim recently, after contacting Mark at customer services, the issue was resolved in a professional and polite manner , with a email confirming the claim was now processing and the funds would be paid in 3-5 days”

“I have been part of this scheme for many years and have never had a problem at all with claims made. I have always received payment when producing a receipt. I have also had to contact at different times to ask questions etc. and have always received a reply.”

“Well said Abbey.. totally agree. I did have receipt with my name, date of treatment and amount paid and still not paying. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My employer advertised this to staff and told us all what a great scheme it is. I’ve made 3 claims at a band 1 in the last 2 years and none of them have gone through because I didn’t have a receipt with my name, date of treatment and amount paid. Most dentists do not provide this if you get NHS treatment these days and god forbid they help you with private treatments. It costs approx £10 a month and they make it as difficult as possible to make a small claim of £25 for a 15 minute check up at your dentist. Note the bad reviews before you sign up with this waste of a scheme. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. I’m sure this review will go unnoticed by them but if you see this before signing up then DONT sign up! Save your mone”
