It is hugely disappointing that though advertising as a policy that covers all NHS costs for dental treatment, one finds out that it is far from true. There’s no information how the claim period is calculated. One would have thought, that it runs from January to December. Apparently not. I’ve discovered it hard way that apparently, it shifts, though it still not clear why and how, taking into account that I have paid for years with no gaps. Dentists are expensive, even NHS ones, especially when one requires treatment. If you think, that the insurance will cover some of the costs when you need it, you will be sorely disappointed.

Great service from UK Healthcare as always. I had a slight problem with my receipt (my error) the the customer service team were very quick to let me know and resolve my claim quickly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had a few claims. Only 5 out of 6 processed. Thought it was just a human error which is fine but when I asked them to double-check using the list I emailed them, they just told me to wait 3-5 working days. I waited 7 working days, the missing payment didn't come though. Asked them again to check and they confirmed that there was a claim missing from the list I provided. If they had been bothered to check the first time, the extra steps in between could have been avoided.

Customer service was exceptional, polite, professional & prompt. Slight problem trying to upload documents on first submission of claim, then customer service couldn't read amounts when uploaded as pictures however claim was completed promptly on second attempt. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful, polite or prompt with their assistance. Thank you.

Disappointed that you didn't pay part of the claim I submitted for dental work I had done, so policy has been cancelled. Also I would like a refund for the two months I have paid so far.
