“I use UK Healthcare through my employer and I have made several claims for optician treatments and they have always reimbursed the correct amount and I received the money quickly. Also whenever I have a question the response time from the customer service team has always been very quick and they are always very helpful.”

“My employer used to be with BHSF who were brilliant, then they swapped to UK Healthcare and I've had issue after issue. Wrong policy number for my husband so I couldn't make claims, wrong amounts refunded, wrong amount deducted from the wrong person on the policy, uninterested, unhelpful staff at the end of the phone, always an issue with the claim form kicking me out and having to start again. Perhaps I am just unlucky but I in all honesty I regret the day my employer changed their provider.”
