“Computer says no approach to claims. There is minimal guidance on how to make a claim. If its not perfect as they want, you just get rejected. They do not reach out to ask for clarification, and do not allow the opportunity to clarify, just close the claim.”

“I feel that I have been mis sold a policy that hasn’t covered my dental treatment. I would not recommend this policy at all to anybody as it doesn’t take into consideration the challenges that people have in getting g dental treatment under the NHS”

“Been a policy holder for 20 plus years and upon checking my bank statement Septembers direct debit wasn’t taken . I queried and was told my bank said the direct debit had been cancelled . LIE I only cancelled the direct debit yesterday the 17 th September so it was indeed active on the 1st September”
