“Good value , easy to make claims online.Service is excellent, advisors are prompt in contacting you if there is an issue (recently I didn't send all the receipts for dental claim, I was quickly informed of this & was told my claim would be put on hold until I supplied all the information. I did this, I received a reply almost immediately saying they had all the correct documentation & my claim would be paid within 2-3 days.”

“Shocking bad service will be cancelling payment I sent my claim in April waited for a response they didn’t receive it I used the P.O. Box address. That I was told to use it never got there after many phone calls I eventually got on line through the help of a customer service representative as the website wasn’t working kept being directed to the wrong place very very angry will be going to my solicitor about this”

“Shocking service. Fewer than 1 star. Refused a claim because I pay for my hygienst treatment monthly not in one go, although this is NOT an insrance nor a "plan". Lodged official complaint and it will take nearly 8 weeks before they can resolve this very simple matter. Regarding the tick boxes below I communcted initially by phone and then by email to raise complaint. Do not on any account entrust your dental health to these people.”

“First time I’ve used the online form. My partner and I went to the dentist together and I paid for both of us and received one receipt. I explained all this on both forms. The company won’t pay the claim without separate receipts- what a palaver! After more than 20 years of payments and claims.”

“Nicola tried her best to sort out my claim. The form online would not accept my copy of receipts, upon speaking to office it is because my membership number is too short but this has been the same for numerous years. Not had a problem previously. I feel the system needs to be easier for the older generation who are no fully computer literate. Feeling very stressed with the system for making a claim.”
