I have had an NHS Dentist Policy with this company through Unison for many years. Unfortunately I haven't had a dentist for the past 5 years till January 2025. I had some treatment done over 3 appointments before I remembered I have this cover. I put 3 claims in for my treatment but one was declined as I was one day over the 6 month time period. Luckily one of the service team re-looked at my claim and decided to honour the claim as I had continued to pay my subscription even though I had no dentist for over 5 years. Brilliant team, polite and sympathetic, great cover for £12.50 a month and you get 100% of your dental payments refunded back. Thank you to Andrew Bevins and Laura Murray for your attention and decisions.

I had a query on the claim period and the advisor was extremely prompt in their reply and provided all the necessary answers to my query . All eligible claims have ben processed quickly

I feel that that my claim has been unnecessarily delayed. It appears quite obvious to me that the claim supported by a NHS receipt has been turned down. I know there was a discrepancy with the banding cost but I now have to do more legwork to further substantiate the claim at an NHS dentist that has provided a NHS receipt, this being the same dentist that I have used for every claim I have submitted to date.

I’m extremely disappointed with the length of time, that it’s taken to settle my claim. Surely the finance department should be able to check the bank records it established the payment has been cleared through and to whom it was paid to. I responded to the your email after checking my bank account that I have not received the payment. For such a small claim, it been over 6 weeks. Mrs B. Hall.
