For services such as optical, process for claiming is straightforward. Unfortunately if you wish to avail of services (such as complementary therapies), a doctor's letter is required. Given the difficulty contacting doctors, this is an unnecessary barrier to accessing services.

Really prompt response. I submitted incorrect receipts, and received notification of this and how to rectify it. The correct ones were sent the following day, and the claim was processed without delay. Great service.

I accidently sent the wrong receipt. Customer service were very helpful in helping me sort this out. I received the money in my bank very quickly.

Have had an ongoing issue with a claim. I had a few day cases across November 2025 to Jan 2026. One of them was missed. Took a long time for me to be informed about which one. Once I was informed, I submitted a new claim for that particular day case. Was emailed by someone else that it had already been processed. Replied saying that I was informed that it hadn't been, and my payments reflect this. Was asked by someone else to send the evidence (discharge letter). Got a reply from someone else referring to a completely different day to the one in question (and the one stated on the discharge paper work).
