“I took out a subscription two and a half years ago in good faith only to experience my claims being rejected by officiousness. I have therefore cancelled my subscription and recommend no other person to join the scheme which has made a considerable amount of money from me with no corresponding compassion or consideration of my claims for reimbursement. A truly dreadful waste of time and money.”

“Hospital In Patient A nightly allowance for any NHS or private hospital admission. The above statement is copied and pasted from UK healthcare site. There is no reference to any disclaimers. I submitted a claim for the above benefits, it was declined because my stay in a NHS hospital was for mental health. I then referenced terms and conditions, after fully reading the terms and conditions I could find no disclaimer or reference to declining claims re mental health. In the modern day it find it abysmal that UK Healthcare discriminates against mental health. To quote the representative that I spoke to…..it would pay out for a broken leg.”
