I have always found the service I have received very satisfactory. However I am currently receiving dental treatment over three appointments at a total cost of £306.80, given the amount I paid £100 after the first visit and submitted my claim for this amount which has been refused untill all the treatment is complete. I feel that as I have paid the £100 I should be reimbursed.
