“Usually very good and quick to settle claims, however I’d had a lot going on also my husband was very ill and it got over looked. My husband then passed away and I found the receipt sorting his stuff out. I was just outside the six months and they still declined my claim. Such a shame, I understand the rules but felt it a bit harsh given the circumstances.”

“If you forget to put the receipt in for your dental treatment, and it’s over 6 months , even though they’ve taken your money every month they will not pay you for the rest of the money … Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting! What a waste of my money !!!”

“So easy to do, we were asked for additional appointment dates to process the claim, we have all dates in our diaries so no problem. Confirmed dates were fine and the was now being processed for payment within 4 days, brilliant thanks.”
