As part of my employers perk we get a basic cover. I upgraded to level two and the benefits are pretty good. Level three is what I see waste of cost against payouts. Usually process is straightforward once a few procedure in claims is worked out. Recently I have had a few issues which maybe down to new staff. Still worthwhile to me to just ask what is missing and sort it. I have workmates who are not particularly computer or email literate and they do get frustrated at the claims process. On the whole personally I am happy with the service.

I was unable to submit all receipts for treatment due to the websites receipt limit, but Nicola Taylor in the Customer Service team went out of her way to help me.

Gary’s check up was a NHS check up & the hygienist is now obviously now private. So surely the check up is refunded to me!

I am not sure if this company is deliberately losing claims, reject or pay less than the allowance, in order to make more profit; or if they’re genuinely this incompetent. Almost every claim is a mess or has problems that when resolved, all end up being admin error. Very frustrating to deal with.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way my claim was handled.. A. the length of time it has taken to identify and resolve a problem within your finance department. B. despite providing all the necessary evidence which I was asked to provide Including my bank statement to prove that I did not receive the payment. I do not understand why it’s taken over 3 Months to settle my claim. The whole process has been extremely stressful, due to the number of emails I needed to send Finally, I will not be renewing my policy. Which was opened via Unison.
