“The website and call centre experience was excellent. However, the third party you employed to fit the tyres was utterly rude and offensive. He even said he didn’t like customers sent to him via tyresavings.com. It was astonishing. I spoke to other customers there and they said he blows very hot and cold. I recommend you monitor customer service capability before taking on a third party. I’m afraid I can only discourage friends and family from never using the service.”

“I booked online had a time slot but when I got to the shop I was told there would be a couple of hours wait so I did not bother to wait”
