“Having used tyre savings over many years and never really incurring any problems, the one time I did, I quickly found out that they have a 'we don't care' attitude and bordering on mis-selling the product. I ordered two tyres and the garage (Halfords) which was offered by Tyre Savings broke my Wheel bolt then wanted to charge me £120 to get it out of the wheel. I contacted Tyre Savings and they said we just sell you the tyre and not the fitting. I highlighted that on their website the price is for tyre, fitting balancing and disposal of the old tyre. They made it clear that the fitting process is nothing to do with them. They said halfords gives that price. Which is not true. I didn't book anything on Halfords website. They had so many people in their offices telling me different things. I won't be using them to fit any tyres from now. That's for sure.”

“Excellent price, including fitting, which wasn't too far away. Advised that there was a possible delay in the fitting garage receiving the tyres, but informed at last minute that the tyres had arrived. Booked in for 1pm, but fitting wasn't completed until 2.30pm. Slight delay, overall though satisfied. No hidden costs.”

“Two practical issues encountered. Firstly, always call the tyre fitter to confirm an appointment. Secondly, do not assume a vehicle registration will bring up correct tyre, even if only one size is listed. Otherwise the tyre price was competitive and the price stated by Tyresavings includes VAT (not made clear on website). Thank-you...”

“There was an issue with the fitting centre who claimed not to have heard of Tyre Savings. I called Tyresavings got through to person quickly and they rescheduled with another fitter and confirmed that fitter was definitely available. Very helpful. Original fitter got back a day later to say they probably would fit it. Good service and price in my opinion”
