“Great price on the tyres I wanted, fitting arranged at a reasonably convenient location, although they probably did a good job of fitting, it took 1 hour 50minutes while I hung around in a very uncomfortable waiting area. Nice people though.”

“GOT THERE A LITTLE EARILER BUT WENT STRAIGHT THROUGH . FITTERS PROFESSIONALS TYRES GREAT AT PRICE WILL DEAFO COME AGAIN OR PASS ON TO OTHERS. ALL I WILL SAY IS THERE WAS A COFFEE MACHINE IN THE WAITING ROOM BUT NO CUPS I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPIER HAVING A COFFEE WHILE I WAITED.”

“I found the price competitive, and my booking for the fitter station on 2nd May between 8:30 and 9:30 was confirmed. However, when I arrived, the fitting station had no record of the booking. This resulted in significant inconvenience, as I was forced to rearrange my schedule and return on 4th May at 2:30 to have the tyres fitted. Given the disruption caused, the additional time wasted, and the fact that the error was entirely on your side, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and delay. I would appreciate confirmation of how you intend to resolve this matter promptly.”
