“I'm still waiting for that guys from garage to contact me . They don't have tyres right now for me. Like that they said. I need to go there 3 times for tyres but they don't tyres and time to fix my car .”

“Tyre fitters didn't telephone to confirm booking (which I didn't know they had to). So, when I arrived at my allotted fitting time, I didn't have a booking. Luckily, they managed to fit me in, but only after expressing my displeasure.”

“Unfortunately Just Tyres were awful, lost my tyres, tried to get me to buy auto green tyres instead of Avon ones I ordered. They said they were mid range and were actually budget ones. Contacted tyre savings and they confirmed the tyres were there. Just tyres refused to fit them next day so i cancelled my order. Do NOT use Just tyres. I have now gone through tyre shopper and getting them done by Halfords.”

“The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I had a time slot for 930 and it was changed without my knowledge to 1100. However I only received my car at 1pm.”

“Although I’d booked for 10.30 I was told by the reception that they don’t uphold these times as that is between me and tyre savers. They do it when they are able so it would be a further 1/2 hr before it was done. I was also not advised I had to enter reg to avoid parking fine (luckily I did spot the screen to do that ) the tyres are good value but I wouldn’t use the tyre fitters at this location in future”
