“Tyres never fitted. Wasted my morning getting 2 x children out of the house to go to the tyre appointment that I booked nearly a week in advanced to have the tyre shop refuse to fit them as apparently you'd never told them about the appointment. Absolute waste of time and wouldn't recommend.”

“Absolutely useless the customer service phone cuts off or it goes to a different department. No phone call back. Canceled by email 4 days ago and no reply back had to ring the tyre place to cancel.”

“Booked online and had a slot allocated I drove 40 miles to the fitting centre, only to be told the slot had not been booked by tyre saving . Com. They said they could do it on Monday but this does not work as it’s a 40 mile drive and I work. So very disappointed!!!!”

“First when come to shop they couldnt find my booking,then after some conversation,they took to fit new tures, after i come home i wanted to clean from left over of speay they using for fitting and when i saw that tyres old 3 years i got very angry,if i new that before fitting i would refuse them,so i feel a bit cheated, i will discus about this problem with someone from tyresavings,as this is not fer to custumers,”

“F1 Auto Center were a COMPLETE JOKE. I arrived 15 minutes before appointment. They told me they would start immediately and it would take 30 to 40 minutes. It took almost 2 hours and they were not busy. I watched from the viewing area and the lad fitting my Tyres spent most of his time on the Mobile Phone and mucking about with other Staff. I spoke to the receptionist SEVERAL times to ask they to have a Word with the Fitter. Complete Waste of Time. Needless to say I CERTAINLY won’t be using this Service again and will advise everyone I know not to either. Very very unsatisfied with this service… I could go on and Report another incident with another Customer who was in at the same time, he too was Disgusted at the service.”

“Tire defective from manufacturing! I have to inflate the tire twice a day because a week has passed since I discovered it and two since I purchased it and I still haven't been contacted to have my problem fixed!”

“tyres delivered were incorrect size for car. tried on a number of occasions to contact you to no avail. Have had to purchase tyres elswhere. your call service is shocking said you were all busy and I would get a call back back (no call back) got the impression nobody ever answered calls. Very disappointed.”

“Arrived at the garage on time only to be to be told we had not been booked in . They eventually gave us a booking for 10:45 on Friday. I will ring them before I leave home to ensure all is ok and that the tyres are there.”

“Booked my tyres to be fitted on the 23rd May got told I couldn't have that date even though I picked that date there website so rearranged it for the 6th June at 8:30am so went to get them fitted only to find the tyres are not there so don't know they will be in.very poor had 2 weeks to get them there won't be using this company again.”

“Incredibly slow whit deliver my tyer is make after 3 days appointment and I lose 1 hours and 30 minutes from my time and spend fuel to go on appointment and garage told me my tyer is not there and after there make me other appointment after 5 days Iand no one compensation my time ncredibly slow and I pure service”

“I found the price competitive, and my booking for the fitter station on 2nd May between 8:30 and 9:30 was confirmed. However, when I arrived, the fitting station had no record of the booking. This resulted in significant inconvenience, as I was forced to rearrange my schedule and return on 4th May at 2:30 to have the tyres fitted. Given the disruption caused, the additional time wasted, and the fact that the error was entirely on your side, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and delay. I would appreciate confirmation of how you intend to resolve this matter promptly.”

“The tyre fitting service was very poor, the wheel balancing was checked twice because of vibration in the steering wheel at high speed. I went to an independant garage to get a second opinion on the wheel balancing, they confirmed that the balancing was off with too much weight on both front wheels after the new tyres were fitted. This cost me £10 per wheel to have them balanced correctly, on a run between 65-70mph this problem was resolved.”

“Twice now I have been let down, the fitter blaming tyre savings saying the tyre hasn't arrived and tyre saving saying the tyre has arrived. Leading to wasted journey, wasted time, and having to purchase a tyre last minute else where at increased cost. Would avoid and use someone else.”

“Very poor experience, I got to the garage and I was double booked due to an IT issue so they tried turning me away after id driven 50min with my 11 month old. They then agreed to fit 2 tyres out of the 4 i order but that took 2hrs! Very frustrating.”
