“Wasn't able to have my tyres changed as my appointment got double booked, they then rearranged it but failed to tell me that the tyre machine was out of order. Very disappointing service.”

“Having used tyre savings over many years and never really incurring any problems, the one time I did, I quickly found out that they have a 'we don't care' attitude and bordering on mis-selling the product. I ordered two tyres and the garage (Halfords) which was offered by Tyre Savings broke my Wheel bolt then wanted to charge me £120 to get it out of the wheel. I contacted Tyre Savings and they said we just sell you the tyre and not the fitting. I highlighted that on their website the price is for tyre, fitting balancing and disposal of the old tyre. They made it clear that the fitting process is nothing to do with them. They said halfords gives that price. Which is not true. I didn't book anything on Halfords website. They had so many people in their offices telling me different things. I won't be using them to fit any tyres from now. That's for sure.”

“Wrong tyre information given by Tyre Savings so booked the incorrect size. Correct size tyres were a lot more expensive than quoted on your website”

“We arrived at the selected fitting service at the selected morning timeslot to be told that they had no record of an appointment. We could, however, see our four new tyres neatly stacked in the workshop ready for fitting. The site manager seemed unconcerned and grudgingly said he could fit us in in the afternoon. As a result we had a wasted return journey to the site and our schedule for the afternoon had to be abandoned. We do not know where the fault lies but the result was considerable inconvenience to us.”

“For the second time in a couple of months I got to the tyre fitters at the appointed date and time but the tyres had not been delivered and neither was the car booked in. A total waste of time and petrol. Last time I gave you the benefit of the doubt, but never again.”

“Good tyres ,, but the fitter JUST TYRES IN UXBRIDGE,, absolutely rubbish,,, they took more than 1 hours to fit my tyres,, and they were absolute cowboys ,, will not use this service again”

“Although the tyres I wanted were cheapest on this site, the fitter that I chose to fit the tyres was no longer affiliated with the site and had not been for some time. It seems that the tyre fitter had contacted the site many times about this error but nothing was done. However, as payment is made directly to the fitter and not tyresavings.com I was not out of pocket or having to spend a lot of time trying to get my money back. If the price seems to good to be true - it probably is. To sum up - Good site, poor upkeep”

“Poor service, booked online at the local garage as I have done for years but the garage has closed down. So either the garage hasn't informed the website or the website hasn't been updated either way disappointed that the booking went through but didn't get the tyre I needed for my MOT.”

“Order confirmed by tyresavings. Fitters then sent text stating that they have ceased working with tyresavings. Tyresavings then sent email cancelling order. Absolute rubbish service.”

“It was easy to order on line but when I turned up at the garage to get them fitted they had no knowledge of the booking and no tyres delivered even showed the confirmation email that you sent so a very poor service from you and Halfords so I will not be using your service and let everyone that I know not to use your website”
