Booked the service on a Tuesday for Thursday arrived at garage and they had had no idea about my order and had no tyres at all for my car

Booked in today at 10:30am been there and tyre had not been delivered went back at 13:00 still no tyre Very disappointed over the service

Three times I've been back to the same garage and still haven't had my tyres done. So I've cancelled my order. Tyre savinga have been useless. There phoneline just doesn't work. It cuts you off instead of putting you on hold. The social media team never got back to me and I've had two emails back. One of the emails suggested I was making it up that a tyre fitter wasn't available. I've barely had a sorry and I've done 120 miles of driving and wasted 5 hours of my time to still not have new tyres on the car. Go with Halfords. It was £10 more but I had no issues. Tyre savings are awful, as is the garages they use. I've now had no contact for 3 days with no form of compensation.

Would of maybe helped if you had actually booked me in on the time and date confirmed by email. Luckily the garage could fit me in and matched the price originally quoted.

Booked two tyre changes at a local garage through this website, turned up at my slot to find out the garage was fully booked! Apparently they had informed Tyresavings, who had failed to contact me! Really poor service!

Appalling! Booked for 1pm Thursday at Formula One Autocentre, Chester. Arrived on time to be told they couldn' fit the tyres because they had not been informed by Tyresavings.com. Not particularly impressed I rearranged to return and have tyres fitted at 2pm Saturday. This time I was met by a very abusive and threatening fitter who basically told me to leave the car keys and he would let me know when the tyres were fitted - most likely at the end of the day! I left, I won't be returning.

Got to hiq to be told that they don't do the service anymore and that it was cancelled. What a waste of time. I have tried to call several times but no answer. I have also emailed but to no reply.

Ordered 4 new tyres through tyre savings and selected Suzuki garage in Ackworth for a fitting. Had to wait nearly a week for appointment at 9:30, arrived on time only to be welcomed by supriced staff that told me that they have to check if they got the tyres but nobody actually booked the job in the system and they can book me for another day or leave the car with them for a day.I booked for another day and they said they gonna send me a text with confirmation of my new booking but they never did. Complete waste of my time

Tyre shop had no idea I was booked in, had to wait 3 hours because the guy at the fitters squeezed me in. Double check with the tyre shop after you've booked!!!!

Turned up for appointment to be told that Hi-Q tyres don't deal with you anymore, hence no tyres. They informed me that I should have a email telling me that. I phoned on 3 occasions and sent an email to yourselves and no replies and yet you send me a questionnaire asking how you did. What would you think how you did.?.

The lack of communication between Tyre savings and the fitting station meant I turned up for an appointment to be told, we dont do bookings for tyres, we have no tyres at that price and that i would have to wait 2 hours for an order to arrive, all by a brusque rude manager. When I complained to their head office an email was suddenly found but when i went back two days later my tyres were fitted begrudgingly and the half hour wait turned into 70 minutes and the £78 turned into £112 as I needed tracking etc which was never mentioned. Overall very disappointing and shall not be using again unless dire circumstance exist.

Went to get my new tyres fitted at HiQ Wellingborough,Was told tyre savings don't send them tyres so ended up 20 mile round trip for nothing,Guys at HIQ could not care less,If they send you email confirmation check the garage first,Because they may not no anything at all about your booking,PS if tyre savings read this call me to explain or email me cheers

Awful, place chosen was awful, stoneacre suzuki Middlesbrough. They called me to say the tyres could not be fitted as they hadnt been delivered. I was told id be called when they arrived to re book to be fitted, but honestly the staff they couldn't care less. As i was selling the car i had 48 hours le-way so a full extra day after the day they where supposed to be fitted, never heard a thing back, this is the second time i had been let down by stoneacre suzuki thru tyresavings and i have to wonder why tyresavings use them as it gives you a bad reputation, you need more reliable fitting centres locally. I also emailed tyresavings regarding the matter and had zero response on what was going on. So in a word, awful, on every level.

My appointment was cancelled at last minute the night before fitting. I contacted the garage and they did not even have record of my booking or the new booking i had made. I had to pick different tyres which were more expensive, then I had to make a further two calls to them to make sure that my appointment had come through

What can I say!!! Ordered two tyres, only one was delivered. Waited a couple if days for a new delivery, great, two tyres, but oh no the wrong size. I hate to be critical but that's not great. Had to go with another company in the end,. Let's hope they are a bit better because if not I'll be paying for an mot retest, this has taken so long. I might even end up going to Kwik Fit, that's how bad things are :-) I gave you one star because God bless you, you tried.
