Hi all I asked for B rated tyres as regards the performance in the rain ☔. The receipt said the tyres were f rated. I called customer services and explained that I went to a lot of trouble and time to order good performance tyres at a reasonable price. Customer service staff reassured me that fitters had fitted the correct tyres but had made a mistake on receipt. This is not that reassuring as they did not ask the fitters to supply a correct receipt.

Mid Devon Tyres who supplied and fitted the tyres, damaged two alloys wheels. They got them repaired. I lost the use of my car for a week, they supplied a rubbish courtesy car while mine could not be used. No apology, no compensation. The whole experience was total aggravation with a lot of my time wasted, which cost me money. Will never use the company again. Cowboy outfit !

Tyre fitters damaged the pressure sensors which meant a trip to Mercedes and new ones needing to be fitted! Won’t be using them again.

Tyres were ordered and I was given a fitting time. I turned up in plenty of time and the fitting centre to find that not only was I not booked in, but the tyres were also not there! The fitters called tyresavings.com and they had not booked me in. The company said whey would dispatch the tyres and the eta was 3 hours. I’ve turned back up and they tyres were not there! Also the fitters could not get hold of the delivery driver delivering my tyres. Only due to the amazing customer services of the tyre fitter I was a able to get new tyres. The tyre fitter called a ‘friend’ in another garage and asked to supply him the tyres as he thought it was disgusting how tyresavings.com treated me! Tyresavings.com 1 out of 10.

The website and call centre experience was excellent. However, the third party you employed to fit the tyres was utterly rude and offensive. He even said he didn’t like customers sent to him via tyresavings.com. It was astonishing. I spoke to other customers there and they said he blows very hot and cold. I recommend you monitor customer service capability before taking on a third party. I’m afraid I can only discourage friends and family from never using the service.

I booked online had a time slot but when I got to the shop I was told there would be a couple of hours wait so I did not bother to wait
