“I wouldn't bother to use this company again, a complete waste of time. I got a confirmation email saying that the tyre will be fitted the next morning at 8.30am and when I got there they knew nothing about the order. I then decided to order one directly from them and had to go back about an hour later to have it fitted when they got the tyre delivered from their main depot, and it cost me a lot more money of course. So as you can see I'm not impressed.”

“Dissapointing. I turned up to my fitting centre on time, only to find out it is closed for refurbishing until July. No e mail prior to tell me, have now had to book elsewhere for next week.”

“Very poor service my tyre’s were fitted to rims but they would not release them as there was no confirmation on computer had to go home and wait a couple of hours before they phoned to say I could pick them up”

“I encountered not one but many problems when installing new tires through this online company. Can't describe all of them, as the company marked problems as "Company Confidential Information - Do Not Share". Plus the fitting garage ( Formula One Servicing ) charged me not 20%, but 40% VAT. I can provide a copy of their invoice ( if it's not the Company confidential information as well ).”

“Not the garages fault as they managed to sort me out but YOU didn't deliver the tyres I ordered to them. Good job the garage were able to offer me a substitute for the same price as my MOT was booked in for tomorrow!!”

“I have been charged more for my tyres at the chosen garage than quoted by tyre savings. Garage can’t refund until confirmation of price from tyre savings. Myself and garage have tried for 24 hours to get in touch with tyre savings yet not having any luck. Very frustrated with service. Won’t be using again”

“1. Orderd 3 tyres a week in advance, then cancelled two day before the fitment so had to order new tyres that was more expensive. 2. They then sent, the wrong tyres. Not even the same brand. And didn't even inform me, even when the tyre fitter phoned them up to ask if the customer had been informed.”

“Absolute worst service possible. I had an MOT booked and needed tyres on the morning prior to the mot. I get a EMAIL the day before to say you can’t do my tyres??? What would have happened if I didn’t look at my email? I would have been in trouble as the MOT was running out. Service needs improvements”

“My experience was HORRIBLE from top to bottom. The formula one I saying there is no reservation. I tried to reach Tyresavings.com, obviously no one is picking up the phone. Left several voicemails but again not a single response. So definitely stay away from them”

“Took my Order. Fitting Cancelled as Tyres were out of Stock. Arranged New Delivery & Fitting Day. Arrived at Tyre Fitters, Fitting Cancelled as only 3 of the 4 Tyres had been Delived? Arranged New Delivery & Fitting Day. Fingers Crossed when we go!”

“Booking process with TyreSavings was no issue. Tyre fitting by Vale Garage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire was totally incompetent and led to numerous chips and scratches within the paint, including several around the wheel bolt recesses. I raised a complaint with both Vale Garage and TyreSavings, neither have provided a solution. Would I use again? No.”

“A.B.R.tyre factory of Horwich let me down by not providing a receipt for the £470 I spent with them having four tyres fitted to my car. I was told that an email receipt would be provided and after i supplied an address I am still waiting. The cost I cannot redeem until this receipt is received. No email address or telephone number has been supplied for contact. Very dissatisfied with service. Tyre savings was a good experience until then. No communication details given for A.B.R tyre factory.”

“Absolutely useless. Booked tyres for fitting locally, turned up at the garage to be told they no longer worked with Tyresavings. Not only that but they had advised the company! It would have been nice if the company had told me and saved me a 25 mile round trip and wasted morning.”
