It was a nightmare i turned up 20 mins early for my tyre fitting at southall tyre centre only to be told my tyres are not there and had been collected by tyre savings and sent back. The manager was goodthough and went to collect my tyres after 45 min wait.

website interface & price are fine. however the tyre fitting centre - formula 1 at woodford - is probably the worst I've encountered. Despite an appointment, they made up various excuses & the whole encounter lasted almost 3hours (to fit 2 tyres).. various excuses of 'oh, you've ordered wrong ones, oh no you haven't', 'we've a sudden emergency', 'you'll be next' etc etc. Other customers in the waiting area during those hours mentioned that this is a recurrent problem for this centre, with average waits of 2-3hrs & also sometimes, shoddy balancing.

I used this company and I booked my time slot for 17:30-18:30 due to working during the day and when I got to my fitting station, they were unable to fit my tyres as ‘tyre savings’ gave me a fitting time that didn’t suit my fitting stations opening times. They need to improve on ensuring all customers can get their tyres fitted for when they book it, all they need to do is take the fitting stations preferences on time slots

I never got your tyres fitted. The guy at Fife Autos was the rudest and ignorant of folk. I will NEVER go near the place again. I have since had tyres fitted so I am afraid the guy has lost you business.

tyres did not arrive at garage so un aware when i went for the fitting ended up paying a lot more than i wanted and had been quoted for ...... disapointed

I have looked into your order and I can see that we emailed you on Friday 17th August at 10.12am to advise you of a delay with the delivery of your tyres due to an unforeseen stock issue and that the tyres would not be available at the fitting centre on Saturday 18th. I am very sorry if you did not pick this email up and for any inconvenience caused. Booked an appointment for 8am which was the changed in the confirmation email to 8.30. Then when I turned up there was no one there. The opening hours were 10-4! Why book me in when the place isn’t open??!!

Booked the tyres and fitting in for a Saturday, when arriving to my fitting the tyres had not arrived and the fitter were not able to get a hold of tyre savings and no number were available in the emails I received. 2 hours after my appointment I get a mail from tyre savings that my tyres are on thier way. I responded what it was too late - no answer. The on Monday I get another mail that the tyres are on their way - again I answer that is too late since I booked elsewhere due to the delay. - again no answer. Today an email asking me to rate thier performance - well fine if you really want my opinion. Tyresonthedrive.com did a really good job and I have rated them 5* on trustpilot.

Price was great after booking went to the garage to fit my tyres 830 am as stated this garage wasn't interested in fitting my tyres waited all day ended up going to farmers for my new tyres D and G autos wast of space

After arriving on time at the garage like requested, nobody could see on their computer our tyre on the system luckily they had some spare . Waste of time !!

Ordering the tyre online was easy and effective, but when I went to the fitting place it took them almost and hour to change 1 tyre. In that time I would expect them to have changed all 4

tyres did not get fitted because formula one tyres could not adhere to the fitting times, when i turned up on my fitting time i was told they do not take bookings and could wait, there next available fitter would be 2 hours wait, i took time from work and drove 4 miles. WHAT A LET DOWN. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NEVER USE TYRE SAVINGS OR FORMULA ONE TYRES EVER AGAIN.

Gordons tyres, stanley, wakefield fitted rear wheels on too tight could not remove wheel bolts, cost £50 to have wheel bolts removed by special equipment and new bolts fitted.

Went 1hr before my time slot, only to be told it was 1st come, 1st serve basis which means the allocated slots are pointless. Then a car that arrived after mine still got seen to before mine! When I then questioned the manager again about the 1st come 1st service rule, he just said mine will be looked at in a minute! All in all spent over 4 hours to get 3 tyres fitted! Next time will use etyres as usual.

Tyres itself were ok but I've got very bad experience with the company which you cooperate with and who fitted tyres (SETYRES in Sudbury). They've damaged my alloy wheels and refusing to repair them.
