Online service was good, however the Tyre Fitting Service refused to put my newly purchased tyre which was correct size and even double checked before purchased. Tried to then up-sell me to purchase a tyre from them instead which I refused.

Booking and price were good but Formula 1 had no record on their system when I turned up at scheduled time and I had to come back the following day.

The tyres were the most competitively priced that I could find and the fitting went well. I selected a time slot as the fitter was 20 miles away. When I got there the fitter didn't do time slots so I had to take my position in the queue. I ordered another set of tyres the following week for my other car and again, they were competitively priced. I selected a time and went to the fitter (this time close to home) on the alloted day. However, the fitter's branch had been closed for 6 months and when I called their HQ, they had never heard of me or my tyres in any of their branches. I wasted 2 hours on it. You need to check out your fitters and meantime, I'll have to reorder and start the process again.

Tyres were delayed which meant that the garage couldn’t accommodate to fit the tyres and then we had to drive a 40 mile round trip to get them installed before the MOT

Had to wait over an hour at formula1 autocentre as the tyres were not delivered on time by tyresavings. I tried calling customer service several times but kept going to same answering machine message. After long wait I went in again and the receptionist told me he'll just put on similar quality tyres on for the same price. I thanked him, gave my car key and ended up getting the same exact tyres I ordered. Not sure if formula 1 lied to me about waiting for tyres delivery so that they win some time as they were super busy working on so many cars, or if they just had the exact same tyres in stock and actually helped me out!? Anyhow I had the tyres installed after nearly 3 hours of total time at the autocentre. I gave it only 2 stars as customer service was not reachable and for unreliability and long wait.

Fitting service was rubbish because it took 3 hours to do tyres changing and tracking and, in the end, charged me an extra £20 because they told me apparently it was not easy to unscrew bolts..

You need to coordinate with fitting centres yo confirm the date and time. There is no point in saying it is confirmed and then getting a call from the centre saying they can't do the date.

Ordered 4 tyres with 4 days notice. About 5 pm day before fitting told there was only 2 due to supplier issues. So need to sort out another 2 and another visit to fitter. Not really good enough.

Tyres fine but you sent me to Parson lane and that sight had apparently been closed for over a year.

I ordered a tyre on Saturday. I tried to change the order on Sunday by email and several times during the week. My calls by phone and emails were totally ignored by you

The lack of communication between Tyre savings and the fitting station meant I turned up for an appointment to be told, we dont do bookings for tyres, we have no tyres at that price and that i would have to wait 2 hours for an order to arrive, all by a brusque rude manager. When I complained to their head office an email was suddenly found but when i went back two days later my tyres were fitted begrudgingly and the half hour wait turned into 70 minutes and the £78 turned into £112 as I needed tracking etc which was never mentioned. Overall very disappointing and shall not be using again unless dire circumstance exist.

I was given an appointment at Cando Autocentre in Aylsham Norfolk for 10.30 last Saturday 17th February. I was very annoyed to find that no-one was there to fit my new tyre - it would have been useful if you had known that they don’t open on Saturdays and haven’t done for years. I arranged my tyre fitting direct yesterday and luckily the tyre had arrived and it was efficiently fitted. 5 stars to the fitting company and two stars for your bad service.

Customer care and service toward female customers needs to be vastly improved. Attitude of some of the staff needs attention. They need to make you feel comfortable. The actual fitter however, was friendly.

Ordered 4 tyres The rear ones came as winter tyres even though on website is clearly stated they supposed to be summer tyres, tried twice to contact customer service and goes straight to voicemail, left 2 voicemails and no call back so very poor customer service

I visited the selected fitting station, KAM service, and arrived 10 minutes earlier. However, I ended up waiting for 2 hours to have my 4 tires fitted! A skilled tire fitter can complete the task in as little as 30 minutes when in a hurry, but even allowing for some extra time, 1 hour should have been sufficient. Waiting for 2 hours is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise against using KAM service for tire fitting.

Tyres were good value. Local fitting place to us was not good, had to leave the car there and go back 1.5 hours later as fitter wouldn't do it while we waited there. Also we asked a simple task to swap 1 wheel from the back to the front after fitting the tyre so the 2 new tyres were on the front, fitter agreed but when we went to pick up and pay, the price had gone up by nearer £14 for this. We asked for a receipt (for car service history) but fitter said here's your receipt (which was just the card machine receipt). Wouldn't use again because of these reasons, not Tyresavings fault but as that was the most local fitter, not a chance of using again.

A difficult review, while Tyresaver. Com arrange a potentially great service they are let down badly by their fitting company were I sat for over two hours while 2 tyres where fitted which for car sized tyres is painfully slowl. F1 where obviously starting from the back of the grid on the day of fitting.
