“Booked slot turned out to be unavailable so it was another three days before they could be fitted, when they were fitted they were unbelievably slow fitting them.”

“Overall good experience with excellent price and ordering process but let down at the fitting bit. Despite being asked to set fitting period time and prompt to be on time to ensure no delay, on arrival fitting service seems to be set up for the convenience of the fitting staff rather than customer. They would prefer you to leave the car and come back at their convenience. I declined that offer resulting in my tyres being fitted 15 min after the original time slot. The fitting website advises they do free tracking check, however you can not book this in advance (I tried 2 week before) but have to leave your car with them for the day and they will fit it in when they can as they only have one lift set up for tracking and are unable to plan work for it. This is advertised as a free service so theu seem to make it as akward as possible so they dont have to do too much no profit work.”

“Unfortunately there seemed little connection between Tyre Savings and Formula One Autocentres. The F! Autocentres had no knowledge that an appointment had been booked for me, there was nothing in their system. The only way the connection was evidenced was when the two tyres I had ordered were found to have been delivered. Fortunately F1 Autocentres had available capacity and were able to fit them. The price was reasonable however I would rather do without the uncertainty.”

“Tyre fitters didn't telephone to confirm booking (which I didn't know they had to). So, when I arrived at my allotted fitting time, I didn't have a booking. Luckily, they managed to fit me in, but only after expressing my displeasure.”

“Two practical issues encountered. Firstly, always call the tyre fitter to confirm an appointment. Secondly, do not assume a vehicle registration will bring up correct tyre, even if only one size is listed. Otherwise the tyre price was competitive and the price stated by Tyresavings includes VAT (not made clear on website). Thank-you...”

“Choosing tyres was straight forward as was choosing the fitter date and time. When I arrived they had no knowledge of the booking. Luckily they were able to fit me in, but instead of an hour it took 2hrs.”

“This would have been a 5 star review,had tyre savings booked the fitting appointment with Formula 1 branch at same time that I had picked the time and day for fitting whilst ordering on Tyre Savings website. I arrived at the fitting centre at the time picked which is 13 miles away and discovered that whilst the tyres were there I was not booked in on their system. As I was unable to leave the car for a couple of hours, whilst they completed jobs already booked in,I had to book another day to return. The tyres were a good price from Tyre Savings only let down by not confirming with Formula one tyres my appointment time and day.”

“Probably not tyre savings fault but turned up for my 9am appointment with f1 auto center Farnborough to be told there was no booking and they could fit me in at 3pm when asked if my tyres were there was told yes so how have the got my special order tyres but no appointment”

“Can't fault Tyre Savings: the price was excellent and they were at the fitters when I went for my appointment. The fitters however.... they took 1½ hours to fit two tyres. Car felt unsettled, thought I'd give the tyres a few miles to settle. When I checked the tyre pressures a couple of days later, one tyre read 30psi and the other 46psi! I know my inflater isn't terribly accurate but I'd at least expect both tyres to be the same pressure. So, 5 stars for Tyre Savings and 0 stars for Formula one”

“Angel recovery didn't balance my new tyres,I sat in their canteen and watched the guy mount the tyres and put them back without balancing them.He lied ,when I asked him. I drove away and my tyre pressure warning system came on,when I git home my front left was 26 psi instead of 38 psi. This morning all my tyres were down to 33 psi,I called them and the guy claimed it might be the alloys that need refurbishment. This company is shoddy and unprofessional, I'll never recommend them. I have to pay another company to remount and balance them.”

“Overall my experience was pretty good though the delivery was less than impressive, having been advised that it would be next day, I made plans for said tyres to be fitted only to have them delivered singularly over 2 days , with no explanation or apology thus resulting in my plans having to be abandoned. Value for money for the product absolutely. Would I use again ? Most likely.”

“My first appointment was cancelled because the garage was not available, although it said on your website. My second appointment (Dry clough lane garage) was moved. After booking I received a call from Dry Clough Garage that the only appointment they had available for me was Saturday at 7am. Last time I booked them the same thing happened. Mentioning that on the phone they told me that you don't have access to their time schedule, which means they do not provide feedback to you when they are available. If that is the case I would exclude them from my list of garages, because it leaves you with frustrated customers like me. The other thing with Dryclough Lane Garage was that changing 2 front tyres took them 1 hour, which is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use them again.”

“The tyres have been delivered on time. The fitter asked for more money, instead of £205 I paid £250. They said they cannot fit the tyres so cheap.”

“Ordered 4 Rotalla RU01 tyres, these were to be fitted at Just Tyres Harrogate, wasn't very happy when the fitters informed me that my tpms valves weren't properly functional. ( they were ) They tried to sell me some high priced replacements which I declined. Then on getting home and having a look round the tyres I found three were Rotalla and one was an entirely different make ! I'm not one to complain or leave a bad review normally and in fairness the price of tyres from Tyre Savings are very good.”

“Don’t get my tires fitted as I was emailed to say that they could no longer do the appointment on the day I had booked in so I ended up cancelling my appointment due to urgency. The person I was emailing did seem polite. However, the guy from the garage I was booked in with was abrupt and borderline rude.”

“The staff were very friendly but at the end the chap who was standing in for the manager insisted I had to pay for the disposal of my tyres (£12) although the quote I received stated that was included”
