The service from tyre service was good . It was a different story at the fitting experience!! I arrived at the fitting garage at 13.15 pm for 13.30 pm fitting and did not leave there until 1500hrs 😡. They were the most ignorant bunch of people I have ever encountered . I was actually told because I booked through yourselves l wait until it suits them . I won’t go into all that happened suffice to say if you continue to use this fitting service you will lose custom !! Look forward to your comments .

Unfortunately after accepting my order they changed the date of fitting on more than one occasion due to stock issues. My view is that they knew what stock they were holding but took the order anyway and then tried to mitigate the situation by changing dates. A more honest approach would have been to inform me that they did not have the tyres in stock at the point of order which would have saved me from wasting time going too and forth with emails.

Booked with Selecta in Macclesfield, they didn't know I had a booking and no tyres had been delivered. Complete waste of time.

I made booking 15th Dec for 2xtyres to be fitted at F1 autocentre(TYSAV13377) Farnborough Wed 19th Dec 2018 at 1:30 pm, I selected this day as I was not on shift. I was contacted by email on the 18th, there is a stock issue, my tyres not available until Friday 21st. I rang 20mins later and arranged for Fri 16:30-17:30(I work at Heathrow airport). I contacted the fitting centre approx. 2pm, on the 21st and was told they have not received any info about my fitting. They checked and confirmed they had my tyre size but unable to fit as arranged, I booked next avail date 22nd at 4m, which meant I had to leave work 1hr(loss of pay) early, M25 via M3. After fitting the 2 tyres the Manager(Nos) spent approx. 20mins locating price and paperwork from yourselves, he indicated that my tyres had been sent to the wrong fitting centre, hence the change of fitment date.

Prior to appointment I rung the fitter. Fitter stated that the tyres hadn't been delivered. Phoned tyre savings who checked delivery status. They stated that they were due to be delivered at midday which was well after my fitting appointment. Why didn't tyre savings contact me or the fitter if they had the ability to check delivery status. Very disappointed as I could have made a unnecessary journey. Luckily I checked before I went. Not sure I will use tyre savings again. This is an accurate review and will challenge any feedback by tyre savings.

The tyres advised and delivered where the wrong size and thus the wrong price. I had taken a day off work to get this done and so had to pay the additional price. I had no problem at all with the garage as they did everything they could to help.

Hi Mr Humphries Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the wrong size tyres were ordered. I have checked our site to try replicate what happened when ordering with us and I can see that the size offered using your vehicle reg is 215/70 R16 100H. I can see from your order that you selected the size 205/55 R16 91W. I think you may have accidentally press continue on the search bar under the suggested size. I have attached a screenshot of the results for your reference. I have raised this with our tech team to see if there is a way to make this clearer for any future customers ordering through us and to try ensure nothing like this happens again. Had tyres fitted a week ago...the process was simple enough ...Today my nearside wheel came loose as bolts hadn’t been tightened properly ... checked other side and it was the same ...licking nuts missing...others loose!! Could have been killed...absolute disgrace!!

Turned up at time booked , they didn't know I was coming to have my tyres done and wasn't even booked in. Had to arrange another appointment and go back on another day. Very disappointed in wasting my time.

I ordered two tyres from u to be fitted at my local boro tyres, only to go to my appointment to find out the didn’t know anything about me or my tyres, so it thanks for nothing & I deffo will not recommend u

Never been to a garage where staff are so rude! Was booked in for half 9 and got told I’m not n would have to wait till there not busy! Was not happy at all as had my breaks booked in at another garage and couldn’t make it

Hi, Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear the staff at the fitting centre talked to you in a rude manor, I will make sure this is passed on to the garage so they can put a stop to this behaviour. The garage being busy definitely does not excuse the fact that you weren't treated with respect. I am very sorry the fitting centre did not fit the tyres within your booked time slot. All our fitting centres get an automated email at the time of booking so they're able to log that into their system. The garage should notify us of any issues that might impact on the fitting time. Had they done that we could have called you to delay the fitting so you were not kept waiting. I hope your experience has not effected your opinion of Tyresavings.com as a whole and we sincerely hope that you will bare us in mind the next time you require new tyres. The fitting service was terrible, the Garage did not know that i had an appointment and told me they were seng tyre's but didn't know who they were for or when they were to be fitted. I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time. The Garage did not use any seat cover whilst they moved my car in/out of the workshop, not verg professional. Tyre's were a decent price but next time i will pay more to get some service.

Garage didn't know anything about the booking apparently so was sent away when I turned up at the time I booked it for & told to come back at a later time which messed the day up as we had plans!

The service is absolutely horrific. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Three times I ordered tyres from Tyre Saving, first time tyres sent were wrong size even though I went by the vehicle reg number, second time the tyres were the wrong width and third time, which took the biscuit had been cancelled altogether all in all I have wasted time and fuel and still don't have any new tyres. I rang the customer service and left a message and didn't receive any all call back. Absolutely terrible experience and one I will not repeat!

Put in my reg, correct vehicle details came up, a small commercial van. I selected my tyres from the selection given. On arrival at the fitting center I was told they were not suitable tyres as they were not for commercials. The website should offer suitable tyres for the vehicle that it has already recognised. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Ordered tyres booked ,appointment, took time off work Tuesday for fitting then got email next day to rearrange fitting for Thursday. No use to anyone. Surely stock and availability should be checked before appointments given ???????

Hi would have liked to have given you a good review but.My wife arrived at the slotted time at formula 1 tyres in Kidderminster .But they had no idea or details of the tyres and tried to sell her more expensive tyres so no will not be using this tyre fitters again has we've had problems their before rgds Mr Southall.

Arrived at garage and told tyres had been returned because they had not received a confirmation email. Had to rebook and completely wasted journey. Very disappointing.
