“So if you never want your tyres to be fitted they are the best out there. Three orders, three ordered cancelled. They should change the name to nevergettyresfitted.com. As that best describes them.”

“Useless company! First order was cancelled after a couple of days because tyre online was not in stock. I ordered a second different tyre and turned up at the fitter at the appointed time -only to be told the tyre had not arrived and they were unable to speak to you on the phone. So you had 2 failures - won’t be using again”

“When I turned up to have my tyres fitted they had not been delivered and had to wait another 3 days to get them done , the tyre fitter said they contacted you to let you know however Thew savings failed to contact me , wasted journey”

“Fitted incorrect tyre in first instance. Then the correct tyre had been stored incorrectly resulting in a part of the tyre being flattened. My old tyre had to be refitted and I returned 2 days later for the replacement tyre to be fitted.”

“You cancelled my tyres and asked me to book another garage because my original appointment was but every garage was to far away so I went somewhere else for my tyres then my appointment come through with the original garage that I had booked”

“Ordered 4 tyres on 14 April to be fitted on the 21 of April day before arranged fitting I was informed tyres were out of stock. Poor management”

“The online process was easy however, actually having the tyres fitted was very difficult. We arrived ahead of the booked time at the Formula One fitting centre and they did not know we were coming! They said we needed to book the appointment with them as well as the website. This was not made clear on the website. They suggested they would be able to fit us in 8 hours later, however, we had an MOT booked in elsewhere, so after some time they managed to fit the tyres. Definitely won't be using any of this again.”

“The Halfords tyre fitters were a disaster. They broke the bolts when replacing the tyre. I had to get my local garage to replace them I’ll never use any Halfords dept again. This is the second time I’ve used them. They replaced a battery which blew my electrics. They did fix it, but this isn’t good”

“Very disappointed in service at Formula one autocentre Swindon. Walked in 5 mins before my appointment at 14.00hrs and they served a customer infromt of me who didn't have an appointment. Soni had to wait till 14.40 for them to start fitting my tyres. Then after being delayed so long I checked fitter by looking threw window. And at least twice he stopped ti chat for about 5 mins. Eventually my tyres was done 1hr 45 mins after turning up. Poor customer service”

“Ordered tyres, com to garage to fitted, but garage people said no my tires been delivered. No contact from garage before appointment, no contact from tyre savings! Totally waste of my time”
