Absolute waste of time I booked in for two front tyres drove from Houghton to Durham for the guy to say they didn’t have them in stock and they have had issues with the supplier either there absolute rubbish which I think it is or if not why can’t you get in touch with the customer and tell them not to come down the tyres are not in stock , no it seems more prudent just let customers turn up for absolutely no reason whatsoever shocking customer service standard and s total disregard for the customer in this current climate of limited funds wouldn’t you try and get as much business as you can to safeguard the future sorry but it’s not good enough

Booked online, took time off work for the selected store to claim they didn't have order and the manager would have to sort it the next day, so it meant I had to take more time off work to get tyres fitted. Wouldn't use again and not a great experiance

Price was good, but formula one in Kettering let me down twenty minutes before my appointment and I was left high and dry. Had to go elsewhere and pay a lot more for same day service. Very disappointed

Ordered 2 tyres scorpion for my Audi A7. Took car to Garage and garage had to phone to find out what happened to the tyres not delivered. T. I got an email 24 hours later. Communication and false advertising is 3rd class.

Tyre savings service was good but the tyre fitting centre formula one was terrible,, took two and a half hours to change four tyres,, the person at the counter called Nathan was full of attitude,, very ignorant,, very rude and commented as I have been to a cheap place online to purchase cheap tyres at tyre savings,, when I asked Nathan does it take 2 1/2 hours for tyre change,,, he was so blunt and rude. I feel sorry for the business owner but Formula One in Woodford Green IG8 8HF is very bad,,, I will not recommend 😑

I attempted to order 2 tyres at a particular fitting centre but had no text or email confirmation so I assumed it hasn’t worked and used another site. I then received an abrupt email from the fitter saying I’d ordered 4 tyres and never showed up. I explained I ordered 2 with no confirmation then received another mail from him saying I ordered 2 and was rude. I explained due to the level of customer service recorded I didn’t want them and he processed to email me again. Terrible customer service from the fitter!

You advertised the tyres I needed at a great price but after taking the booking I got a mail saying they weren’t in stock so a total waste of time. If you don’t have them, don’t advertise them.

I went to have the tyres fitted at the alloted time and they didn't have the tyres and didn't know anything about the appointment I was very disappointed with company. K White

After having THREE placed orders cancelled due to the advertised tyres not being in stock. I gave up and bought them through my local garage. I'll not waste time this way again.

Complete rubbish ! You sent me to a hi qu in Tamworth that doesn't exist it went years ago when I googled it! Waist of an afternoon. Not sure how your business work but when I'm trying to find a garage that doesn't exist it's massively thrustrating!

After getting a confirmation email I arrived at the fitting point to be told the garage no longer works for tyre savings and hasn't done for some time so a morning wasted. Have now bought elsewhere.

I placed an order for two tyres, I paid immediately and then had no correspondence for two days. I then called and eventually got through to some sort of shared office space. Very odd. Then to cut a long story short they offered me two budget tyres at the same money claiming the premium tyres I ordered where not in stock. When I realised this could be a sales scam I asked for my money back, I was then told it would take five days, which it did. I would strongly advise not spending your hard earned cash here.

trying to sell me other services which I didn't want and you already didn't order online. trying to convince me to buy more expensive tyres and also to fit two tyres it took them about one hour even though I was the only customer and no one was there and there were two person working together, i gues they were doing training with out letting me know or asking if it is ok if it take a bit longer.

After booking in for 2 new tyres I was given a time slot then told they could not do it. This happened twice not very pleased with the service.

I personally had a very bad experience. I ordered 4 pirrelli tyres. The garage was booked and you emailed me a couple of days later, which read. Sorry, we don't have these tyres in stock. Would you like to pick some different ones. Maybe if you had of told me how long it would take to get them in, I would still be a customer. But you sadly didn't give me that option, so I'm no longer a customer.

Booked in on Friday for the following Tuesday. Received an e mail Friday afternoon saying that there were no tyres available until the following morning after 8.30. Responded saying it was fine but make it as early as possible as I was working. On Monday I received another e mail informing me the earliest I could get the work done was Tuesday 28th which was no good as I'd booked the mot for that day I therefore cancelled the work and received an email confirmation so asking me how your service was would suggest it's all automated and wasn't followed up very well. I have booked in with another company who will hopefully carry out the work as agreed
