“Got to the garage formula One in Swindon 08:30 appointment. Sitting there for two hours to then be told the tyres haven’t arrived . Very disappointed”

“Tyre changes should not be taking close to 2 hours plus your company who fitted the tyres formula one lost my house keys and now they're saying that they can't find it. How unprofessional. Zero stars for them. As far as you go price was very reasonable.”

“Not really good I send my driver there and they put a new two new tire and they charge £127 not £111 which is ideal with you and I called them back I told my driver come down you charge £127 should be £111 And they say your driver didn’t tell us you booked his online so they charge him 127 pain I say I did book online I have a Reference number he said this is too late now”

“Very poor actually fitting centre sat 15th July 11.30am appointment to have 2 x Tyres fitted arrived 11.25 in good time place was closed took time off work to be there and wasted my fuel driving there 😡😡”

“Very bad tyre service, a comple waste of my time!! I went to the shop and was told they that they havent had any tyre deliveries. At no point was I contacted or informed about this even though an appointment had been scheduled.”

“i have just been for my booked tyre fitting at gordons tyres csstleford iset off in finding good time but had trouble finding it due to i[ now being called halfords finally finding it i gave my name booking no car reg to be told that was not good enough and they had been sent the tyres either so i am most unhappy eric blockley blocko5@msn.com”

“The tyre fitting service was fine but I ordered 6 tyres only 5 was delivered so I’ve been put in the position of driving around until I get time to get another one fitted probably at least 2 weeks so not happy don’t suppose they will care”

“Disappointed .they send me a message that everything is fine but when I arrived at the address they gave me to find out that the company it doesn't exist. it was another company there that told me that they don't work with tyresaving.com . After taking a half day off from work and spending 1 hour in traffic.See the pictures and be aware if you buy the same deal as I did.”

“Turned up but no tyre had been delivered. A short call later and tyre savings had no stock of my tyre and emailed to say my order was cancelled (there was no email sent stating anything was cancelled). Waste of a journey.”

“Chaos. Never confident that the tyres would be at the fitting garage (see similar reviews) after so much confusion around garages that no longer fit for this company. Cancelled the order; received confirmation that it was cancelled but Tyre Savings never told the fitters!!! Had them chasing me to find out what was happening.”

“I would never use this company again Ordered 2 Tyres and had the order confirmation and fitting confirmed by Emai, all is good so far. Turned up at the fitting centre as arranged only to find that the tyres had not been delivered. Contacted Tyre Savings and was eventually told that they had cancelled my order as they had no stock. Tyre Savings have very poor customer service, claiming that they had sent an Email. Fitting Centre was also not informed of the cancellation.”

“Ordered 2 tyres and was directed to make an appointment with a local fitter (Formula One). When I arrived at the fitter they were closed and had been for at least a month. Texted Tyre savings as they were supposed to have sent the tyres through to them.....no response yet 48 hrs later. So I went to another company for my tyres.”

“Shocking bad service. Tyres never arrived at the garage so couldn't get fitted. I was never Informed so ended up taking a day off work to get tyres fitted for no reason!!”
