“They gave me a reference code different from the fitter so the fitter refused to fit my tyres and even though I rang costumer service they could not fix the issue. I will never buy tyres from here again.”

“Absolutely RUBBISH, all the garages on the list I wanted to use,came back unavailable to fit due to something about bills not being paid. Then when I chose one much further away, they let me down on the day of fitting,and wanted me to go to one even further. If I kept going I would have ended up in Scotland. No very very poor poor show.”

“Extremely disappointed! I got to the fitting provider and was told that my appointment was cancelled. Tried to call Tyre Savings but nobody was there to respond. I was offered the same tyre from the same fitter and had to pay £12 extra to get it fitted (see receipt). Very disappointed with your service and will certainly never use it again, let alone that I will never encourage anyone to buy from you!!”

“The website asked for the reg plate so I typed mine in. I then selected the tyre it recommended and pencilled in the date for the work. Upon arrival at my local garage, they tell me thr wrong tyre has been sent. It was an "H" type when it should've been a "C" type. Therefore i couldn't get it done that day, so it cost me a morning's work.”

“You are advertising tyres which you don't sell at the prices advertised. After waisting customers time you then tell them you are out of stock. Now you have asked me to waist more time by writing a review for tyres I never purchased.I should have really reported you to trading standards.”

“They mounted two new tyres and one old one should be put on the rear wheel in 3 hours😄. They said to come in 1 hour I come and the auto was not ready. I waited for 2 hours extra. I don’t understand how you can mount 3 tyres for 3 hours. I never go to this garage. Thank you”

“Just turned up to have the tyre fitted and it hasn’t even arrived. The tyre fitter checked and it’s out of stock! Drive a classic mini 15 mins on roads filled with pot holes for nothing. No communication from Tyre Savings to say it wasn’t going to be there!! Not happy.”

“The fitting centre had no record of my booking, even though I had a confirmation and refetence number. They said they no longer work with you, so it shouldn't have been confirmed. Terrible service.”

“Very difficult process. Been to auto center and they advised they cannot do that slot as fully booked for someone even I reserved already. After so many requests they just said ok but advised need to wait longer.”

“The wrong information was given. booked for Saturday but the tyre fitting shop was closed on weekends. unable to have tyre fitted. What of waste of time and resources. I wish i could contact you guys as i tried but never had reply!!!!”

“I had a booking for 8.30 -9.30 slot at Formula One tire centre in Farnborough. Arrived a five minutes late due to the traffic and have been told that it can’t be done because I’m too late and have to rebook for another day. I would understand if they would be busy but the mechanics was just standing outside smoking and laughing ( at me?!)Very disappointing, poor service!”
