Terrible. I went to the fitting centre on the given date and was told the tyres had not been delivered and would receive a phone call; I did not. Contacted customer service who confirmed that the tyres had been delivered and will contact the fitting centre. This was over 2 weeks ago.

In short i would have given zero stars if possible. turned up for fitting appointment for 2dunlop sports to be fitted no tyres delivered. after the garage made inquiries for me i was told they only had 1 tyre available. when i get a fitting reference issued i expect it to be honoured . personally i would rather pay more for tyres to be fitted than have this shamles you run.

I tried to contact Tyre Savings multiple times both via email and the contact telephone number. I received no response at all. Worse than that, when I arrived at the garage, the tyres were not there and the fitters knew nothing about the order. The tyres were delivered 4 days late.

Disappointedly my tyres have not yet been fitted. I initially booked for them to be fitted at a local garage, who then informed me the next day that they were on holiday so couldn't fit them. Tyre Savings then contacted me to say that the tyres were out of stock so would be available a day later. I rearranged for the tyres to be fitted at another local garage. This garage then contacted me to say that they couldn't fit them on the arranged date as they were booked up on that date. So I again rearranged to have them fitted next week (over a week later than originally booked). Then Tyre savings contacted me again to say that the tyres wouldn't be available until Saturday (still 4 days before they are due to be fitted). There is obviously no coordination between Tyre Savings & their fitting garages with regard to booking time availability. This is a shame because I've used Tyre Savings before & they were fine every time.

This review is based on my overall experience, this is including the tyre fitter I went to so not just the website. The web side of it was simple and easy to find the tyres I wanted and to book a fitting slot however, the tyre fitters was another story. I arrived just before my allocated time, waited in reception for 10 minutes, ring the bell several times but no-one came to serve me or even acknowledge I was there. I went round the side of building to the workshop entrance where I could see two people working under a car. I said hello, they said hello back and asked if they could help. I mentioned the booking for the tyres and was greeted with ' no f***"r told us' and 'its Friday afternoon FFS' certainly not the welcome I was expecting. After showing them the email receipt for the booking they fitted the tyres (which I had to point out to them were the ones on the floor thar they'd had delivered earlier that day. I'd also booked tracking. 'Tracking on a Friday? FFS' was the response again. Lef them to the tracking and went to pay at th fuel garage till. The woman serving knew nothing about it, had to wait for the garage owner to arrive and was then told they couldn't do the tracking because the track rod ends were seized. They may well be but after seeing the enthusiasm of the fitters I'm not totally convinced. Then the best bit, they wanted me to pay for the tracking (that hadn't been done) and come back when if had the track rod ends changed. Safe to say, I only paid for the tyres and I left. I know the fitter isn't what I should be reviewing but the fiasco with the fitters seriously let down the service the website provided. The fitting garages should be checked or vetted if you're going to have them on your website as recommended fitters

I booked tyres for my car through your website. The booking was for Saturday. When I got to the garden. The garage was closed.

Just tyres customer service was awful. I asked them to check my rear tyres before replacing as they just had a slow puncture, I was meet with a horrible attitude and told it’s too much aggro and he was just changing them costing me money and also has not resolved the loss of tyre pressure. While tyre savings were great, the service from the garage was the worst bit of customer service Iv ever received. I have complained to just tyres

Balancing is not included in price when buying tyres. Other companies do. This is not advised when purchasing the tyres so you will have to pay for this.

Avoid ! Try to get tyres from this company first time firing place contact me for cancellation my booking slots as a reason said overbooking, next time they contact my by email told they can’t get tyres I need ! …still waiting will see what they will say next

Value for money but disappointed by the customer service. After placing an order and selecting a fitting date/time I was emailed shortly afterwards and told that due to stock issues they'd need to delay my fitting by 2 days whilst they moved stock from another warehouse in the country. Fair enough, I agreed to an alternative date. It was interesting to hear from my local garage that Tyresavings.com tried to blame me for being a awkward customer by switching the date when I hadn't instigated the change. Not great! Just own up to your mistakes, don't try to blame your customers, that's no way to run a successful business! Anyway my local garage thankfully had great customer service and the tyres arrived ahead of schedule and they squeezed me in on the original date. In summary, if you want cheap tyres, aren't in a rush and have good communication with the garage to choose to fit your tyres you'll be fine. Just don't expect any customer service from tyresavings.com.

Absolutely rubbish, when I went to Formula One Autocentres 219 Liverpool Road NEWCASTLE ST5 9HW, Fitting Time Sat 23rd September 2023 at 2:30 pm, I was told it wasn’t possible to do it and was asked to come later or leave my vehicle there which is not what was offered to me by Tyre Savings. They said tyre saving had booked the slot without their knowledge and the time slot wasn’t available. I had to return without nee tyres and instead used Tyre Shopper who were actually cheaper and brilliant and did what they offered. I am never using tyre saving again and I will not recommend it to anyone either.

Very poor. I arrived at the planned time slot early on a Sat morning to be told by the fitters they rejected the booking to TyreSaving. The re arrange to go back on the Tuesday at 10 AM. I arrived at 9:30am on Tuesday to be told they cannot fit them on that day either. I have now booked through a seperate company.

The tyres were never delivered to the shop. I never received any communication what so ever to let me know of this. Online booking page cannot be accessed at all. I would definitely avoid!

Unfortunately, I did not get as far as having the tyres fitted because they were never delivered. I tried calling Tyresavings but their number constantly went to voice mail with a message that their inbox was full. I sent an email to their enquiries which was never responded to. All in all a terrible service which seems the norm given I was in a waiting room with another customer who also had not had their tyres delivered. Would not recommend.

What can I say. Presented at the appointed time and spoke to the 17 year old work experience colleague who informed me there were half a dozen vehicles in front waiting for tyres and that I would have to leave the car with them. Rather defeats the object of a timed appointment so I declined and took my business else where. Only positive was that I had not paid up front for this useless time wasting experience. Potential customers be wary

Booked a week in advance. And turned up at 8.30 on opening to be told booking wasn't in fitters diary and would have to wait 2 1/2 hours before they could start. Ended up going elsewhere. Waste of time
