“Tyre fitting service appalling as they sheared bolt attempting to remove with gun and then blamed bolts as not vw bolts. Therefore no tyres fitted”

“The appointment made was cancelled. I was emailed to respond to arrange a new date which I did 3 times and have just never even been responded to. Had car off the road over a week chasing and waiting for a reply and in end had to go elsewhere. Really dissapointing.”

“Ordered tyres to be fitted only to be told they were too busy when I arrived at the allotted time, when I arrived the second time the tyres I had ordered had been possibly fitted to another vehicle so they had to fit a different pair of tyres. Terrible service and won’t be using that tyre fitting garage again.”

“I preferred the tyres and made a booking to have them fitted. On the day of fitting I was told by the garage that they had no order from Tyre Savings and that someone else had the same issue two days previously. I called the customer services number and it said that the mailbox was full. Not happy.”

“Guys they changed the wrong tyres and also rounded 2 of my wheel nuts. I have to go Tomorrow to sort it out. Very disappointing that i have to search for another service to fix my tyres now”

“Tyre fitting service Formula one autocentre are extremely poor you need to change them. They wasted my time for several days they're a bunch of slackers they lost my home keys last time and wouldn't admit it”

“Poor. Thought I was booking a time slot for my tyres to be fitted but once I got to the dealership was informed that it was an all day booking and would have to leave my car there.”

“Total waste of time. Tried to book online, you end up having to ring the garage direct to make an appointment. It doesn't matter what time you book on the website you still have to ring to arrange. Rang garage, they confirmed they could fit my large van, turned up and they refused as it was a large van. 60 miles and 2 wasted hours. Contacted tyre savings about it and got no response. They don't answer the phones, don't reply to emails. Booked through the website again, the day before the appointment, last thing at night they said they couldn't send the tyres to the chosen garage. Nearly had to cancel and reschedule my MOT because of them. Tried to get tyres through them for 2 weeks and ended up going elsewhere.”

“Ordered tyres on Sunday for a Tuesday fitting at 9.30-10.30 fitting. Hadn't turned up!!!!!! garage said they would ring when they arrived, they never did! went with someone else.”

“Received a confirmation email, went there on time , the garage told me they don't time slot to do my tyres, been wasting time, money because I didn't go to work and they have rescheduled me for a different day, so I have to waste another day of work. Not really professional the customer service you have and the garage too, never again”

“Garage said they couldnt fit tyre as problem with locking wheel nuts . Both another garage and AA didnt have any issues with removing the nuts. I cancelled the order. Basically they where trying to rip me off by creating more and unneccessary work. May buy tyres from you again but i will never use Wilco again.”

“Terrible. I went to the fitting centre on the given date and was told the tyres had not been delivered and would receive a phone call; I did not. Contacted customer service who confirmed that the tyres had been delivered and will contact the fitting centre. This was over 2 weeks ago.”

“In short i would have given zero stars if possible. turned up for fitting appointment for 2dunlop sports to be fitted no tyres delivered. after the garage made inquiries for me i was told they only had 1 tyre available. when i get a fitting reference issued i expect it to be honoured . personally i would rather pay more for tyres to be fitted than have this shamles you run.”

“I tried to contact Tyre Savings multiple times both via email and the contact telephone number. I received no response at all. Worse than that, when I arrived at the garage, the tyres were not there and the fitters knew nothing about the order. The tyres were delivered 4 days late.”

“Disappointedly my tyres have not yet been fitted. I initially booked for them to be fitted at a local garage, who then informed me the next day that they were on holiday so couldn't fit them. Tyre Savings then contacted me to say that the tyres were out of stock so would be available a day later. I rearranged for the tyres to be fitted at another local garage. This garage then contacted me to say that they couldn't fit them on the arranged date as they were booked up on that date. So I again rearranged to have them fitted next week (over a week later than originally booked). Then Tyre savings contacted me again to say that the tyres wouldn't be available until Saturday (still 4 days before they are due to be fitted). There is obviously no coordination between Tyre Savings & their fitting garages with regard to booking time availability. This is a shame because I've used Tyre Savings before & they were fine every time.”

“This review is based on my overall experience, this is including the tyre fitter I went to so not just the website. The web side of it was simple and easy to find the tyres I wanted and to book a fitting slot however, the tyre fitters was another story. I arrived just before my allocated time, waited in reception for 10 minutes, ring the bell several times but no-one came to serve me or even acknowledge I was there. I went round the side of building to the workshop entrance where I could see two people working under a car. I said hello, they said hello back and asked if they could help. I mentioned the booking for the tyres and was greeted with ' no f***"r told us' and 'its Friday afternoon FFS' certainly not the welcome I was expecting. After showing them the email receipt for the booking they fitted the tyres (which I had to point out to them were the ones on the floor thar they'd had delivered earlier that day. I'd also booked tracking. 'Tracking on a Friday? FFS' was the response again. Lef them to the tracking and went to pay at th fuel garage till. The woman serving knew nothing about it, had to wait for the garage owner to arrive and was then told they couldn't do the tracking because the track rod ends were seized. They may well be but after seeing the enthusiasm of the fitters I'm not totally convinced. Then the best bit, they wanted me to pay for the tracking (that hadn't been done) and come back when if had the track rod ends changed. Safe to say, I only paid for the tyres and I left. I know the fitter isn't what I should be reviewing but the fiasco with the fitters seriously let down the service the website provided. The fitting garages should be checked or vetted if you're going to have them on your website as recommended fitters”
