Total waste of time. Tried to book online, you end up having to ring the garage direct to make an appointment. It doesn't matter what time you book on the website you still have to ring to arrange. Rang garage, they confirmed they could fit my large van, turned up and they refused as it was a large van. 60 miles and 2 wasted hours. Contacted tyre savings about it and got no response. They don't answer the phones, don't reply to emails. Booked through the website again, the day before the appointment, last thing at night they said they couldn't send the tyres to the chosen garage. Nearly had to cancel and reschedule my MOT because of them. Tried to get tyres through them for 2 weeks and ended up going elsewhere.
