“Went to get my new tyres fitted at HiQ Wellingborough,Was told tyre savings don't send them tyres so ended up 20 mile round trip for nothing,Guys at HIQ could not care less,If they send you email confirmation check the garage first,Because they may not no anything at all about your booking,PS if tyre savings read this call me to explain or email me cheers”

“Awful, place chosen was awful, stoneacre suzuki Middlesbrough. They called me to say the tyres could not be fitted as they hadnt been delivered. I was told id be called when they arrived to re book to be fitted, but honestly the staff they couldn't care less. As i was selling the car i had 48 hours le-way so a full extra day after the day they where supposed to be fitted, never heard a thing back, this is the second time i had been let down by stoneacre suzuki thru tyresavings and i have to wonder why tyresavings use them as it gives you a bad reputation, you need more reliable fitting centres locally. I also emailed tyresavings regarding the matter and had zero response on what was going on. So in a word, awful, on every level.”

“Booked the service on a Tuesday for Thursday arrived at garage and they had had no idea about my order and had no tyres at all for my car”

“My appointment was cancelled at last minute the night before fitting. I contacted the garage and they did not even have record of my booking or the new booking i had made. I had to pick different tyres which were more expensive, then I had to make a further two calls to them to make sure that my appointment had come through”

“What can I say!!! Ordered two tyres, only one was delivered. Waited a couple if days for a new delivery, great, two tyres, but oh no the wrong size. I hate to be critical but that's not great. Had to go with another company in the end,. Let's hope they are a bit better because if not I'll be paying for an mot retest, this has taken so long. I might even end up going to Kwik Fit, that's how bad things are :-) I gave you one star because God bless you, you tried.”

“Booked some tyres online but got an email saying the fitters are unable to fit the tyres and I was asked to choose another fitters. I then chose another fitters but was then asked to put the order through again but by the time I put the order through again they had put all their prices up. Sorry but just felt cheated a bit!”

“Tyre savings itself was good it is the garage where I have a few issues. I had four new tyres fitted and front wheel alignment. Stoneacre Lincoln have questionable work quality in my opinion. For awareness I’m a Vehicle Mechanic. Pros:- 1. Good coffee machine 2. Pleasant staff Cons:- 1. I know have a slight wheel wobble (was fine prior) between 60-70 mph. Indication of incorrectly balanced wheels. 2. Left Rear TPMS valve was leaking (it was fine prior) it was losing about 10 psi a day. After investigation I found the valve leaking as it was loose in the wheel. Removed cleaned refitted and refilled with air, air leaking now gone. 3. Wheels still out of alignment (indicating wheel alignment not checked or not checked properly) still pulling right. 4. Seems they lost a wheel nut and fitted another which isn’t the correct one and has been rounded off too. 5. Hub and wheel faces not cleaned prior to refitting. 6. Wheel nut covers not fitted but instead discarded. In summary a pretty poor effort and some poor workmanship from them. I was going to take the vehicle back so they had a chance to rectify their mistakes, but considering the amount of mistakes I have found I have zero confidence in them making right so I’ll repair and adjust myself. I wouldn’t recommend this repair facility.”

“New tyre, but more than 2 years old!!! Manufacturing date: August, 2021. Price was responsible. Fitting service receptionist was not friendly and helpful.”

“Absolute waste of my time. Turned up for my appointment at the alotted time. Garage had the tyres delivered but refused to fit them because they had not received written confirmation from Tyresavings. Will not go back and do not recommend to people”

“Tyre fitting service appalling as they sheared bolt attempting to remove with gun and then blamed bolts as not vw bolts. Therefore no tyres fitted”
