I used same garage to get new tyres fitted by tyresavings.com. It seemed ok. However, this time, they booked the job without checking whether they had the tyres... I went on website and ordered again and went to fit them earlier than booked as they offered me to do so. When I dropped off my car for the rear tyres' change, i asked Bart to check my car tyres whether they actually require the replacement tyres ordered. Bart told me from the way the tyres are worn, the tracking is very much recommended. I was hesitant on this and went on inquiring further as the tyres do not look very worn in my eyes. And he said the legal requirement is 1.6mm and mine is 2mm but they recommend driving with 3mm tyres... etc. He asked me whether I would like tracking to be done or not. The tracking is normally 95 and he offered me to do it for 60. I then checked with him if this price is for all 4 tyres. And he said yes. I also asked him if this could be done for 50 since he was offering me a discount anyway. He said OK. Jobs going ahead! I asked him to call me as soon as it is done as i wanted to get some shopping done. But they were too busy to call me apparently... Later on, when i returned, the car was ready. I asked how I could tell whether the tracking had been done or not. One of the staff said he had done it himself so he reassured me that was definitely done. This seemed convincing. I was asked to pay before looking at documentation, so i did. Afterwards, it was not clear whether tracking was done on all 4 tyres. It states two front adjustments... i pointed this out to him. He insisted it was done on all 4 tyres. I asked him to write it down on the invoice to clarify it for me. He said both because it is against company policy he could not write anything down, but also because I had it done reduced price he could not document it. I became shocked by this and not happy at all. I also offered that 10 pounds difference for the proper job and documentation! We went on arguing between Bart saying it repeatedly all 4 tyre tracking was done and me asking him to write a little note down 4 tyres. He said because they offered me the service for free, he could not do it. I said that is not good as I paid 50 for it and I should have had a full tracking for that as agreed. He went away to get the print off of the tracking job details as proof but it was not available. We argued bit more and he offered me to print off the job for me if I waited further 30 hour. Took longer... I do not know much about tracking but the printout does not seem satisfactory to me! This was very disappointing!! I will never go there again!!

I placed an order online, tyres+ fitting. The day I had appointment they said there is no time to do it. Alright happens… I rescheduled appointment directly in service. When I showed up for the next appointment after half an hour of waiting they told me they don’t have all 4 tyres, just 2?! I spent 45 minutes on the way for nothing but nerves. So irresponsible! Happens once I understand, but second time? Would give 0 stars if that’s possible.

I HAVE REPLACED THE TYRES ON 28TH JULY, AND TODAY I FOUND ONE OF TYRE WAS PUNCTURE WITH A VERY SMALL STAPLE PIN HIT THIS IS VERY STRANGE AND ANOTHER ONE TYRE PRESSURE ALSO GOGING DOWN, VERY POOR QUALITY TYRES

Firstly booked tyres for Blairgowrie branch via site, to find out branch closed since June 2024 Contacted you via website to this fact, no reply Reordered for Perth branch worked carried out

allowed me to make an appointment, my tyres were desperate. then emailed me a few days after saying they don’t have the tyres in stock and will have to wait longer for them. ended up going somewhere else for a better price

Really annoyed and disappointed. I selected a time slot on the website for 08:30 and arrived 10 minutes before only to be told that my tyres couldn't be fitted until half 09:00/10:00 !! The website does not communicate with the fitting service's shop, so they have no access to their diary to know what time slots are actually available. Ruined my morning and threw the rest of my day out the window. Thanks!

Tyre fitting was spot on. Booking was not spot on. Appt booked for Tues, email received saying problem with order. Rebooked as per email for Thursday. Left work early to honour....Tyre order not fulfilled. Rebooked again for following morning. Yes, it happened, but tyre fitter said you should compensate. Gave you the chance but you ignored.

I'm very unhappy with Tyre Savings partners Garage in Coalville. Never again will use their service. Garage didin't know nothing about my booking. There is 0 customer service, mechanic all dirty sat in my car, didin't put nothing to make sure that my car will stay clear. Manager also doesn't care about it because it's not a new with white interior. I was shocked and left garage without new tyres. Luckily I didn't paid infront. Tyres Saving customer service also not from the best. Straight after I called to their customer service, to report a issue with garage, after few questions and answers agent dropped phone, because he couldn't understand that I ordered tyres like individual person not a company.

Depite pre-booking my tryes change a wk in advance I recived a call two days prior to the fitting date from the selected venue to be told my booking was to be canceled due to a busy diary. Not particularly impressive.

I never actually got my tyres! Picked a fitting day and time, this was cancelled. Was offered another time and date, accepted this…. But, you got it, it was cancelled. Was asked to pick another date but had lost interest. Booked thro Black Circles, cost £10 more but got to deal with the Organ Grinder rather than the Monkey and all went perfectly. If you have all The time in the world, and have no problem with being jerked around use them. If not, avoid!!!

You did not deliver the tyres. You could not tell me where the tyres were or when they would arrive at the fitters. The fitter had not heard of you. I’ve had to order tyres from elsewhere.

Don't waste your time. Garage didn't know anything about it. They didn't have the tyre. Totally a waste of time. Stay away from this scam.

Just tyres Epsom were crafty and try to talk me through to buy from their own website, I ended up not fitting tyre from tyresaving.com because of the fitting centre guy’s attitude.
