The online process was easy however, actually having the tyres fitted was very difficult.
We arrived ahead of the booked time at the Formula One fitting centre and they did not know we were coming! They said we needed to book the appointment with them as well as the website. This was not made clear on the website. They suggested they would be able to fit us in 8 hours later, however, we had an MOT booked in elsewhere, so after some time they managed to fit the tyres. Definitely won't be using any of this again.
