“This has happened twice . Ordered from site, then contacted to say that no stock so order cancelled, unable to advise when will have stock. Tyres not removed from site even though no stock.”

“Had to cancel as the tyre fitters said they were fully booked even though tyre savings website said there were vacancies to make an appointment.”

“Order on website straight forward was supposed to be fitted at the formular 1 garage in Burton. Turned up on the time of fitting was told haven’t got time to fit it come back two days later. Needed doing then so went somewhere local and cheaper. Was never told they couldn’t do the job at the booking time either company wasn’t bother. Would never use these guys or formular 1 again”

“Shocking…. If I could give a minus I would Garage knew nothing about the booking, tyres hadn’t been delivered, couldn’t get hold of anyone in the phone. I took a morning off work for this appointment, I’m a self employed guy so this cost me time and money just before Xmas… Shocking company, shocking service. Just wish I read the reviews prior to making the booking.”

“No problem with tyre savings however F1 Auto Centre didn’t have the rim protector and had to rebook my visit, when I turned up on the rebooking they still didn’t have the rim protector and then advised the best thing to do was cancel, will not book to have any work done through F1.”

“I never got my tyres fitted as the fitting centre does not open on the day tyre savings made my appointment I had missed a shift at work in order to have these tyres fitted. I am furious at this and I will not use this service again I have had my last 10 tyre changes with this service but no more !”

“1* only because I can't give a zero! Whilst good efforts were made by the customer service advisor to deliver the service required, in the end she drew a blank. Fundamentally, if you order a tyre online along with a suitable fitting appointment, you expect that in a couple of days, you will have a new tyre, expertly fitted on your car. To be informed eventually that the tyre can not be sourced (even though there was no indication on the website that it wasn't available at the time of ordering) is frankly unacceptable. an alternative tyre of equivalent or higher spec should have been offered - it wasn't. after almost a week of too-ing and fro-ing my patience had run out and I pulled the plug on the order and went elsewhere. If you do need to source a tyre, I suggest that in order to avoid the frustration I have suffered, shop somewhere else!”

“Tried to change the booking date but had no response. Had to change my plans and went to the garage only to be told the appointment had been moved to the following week. Very poor communication.”

“Tyre savings failed to inform McConnachies (Halfords) as to the appointment. Staff at McConnachies Falkirk were great. They couldn't find any referral tracked by registration, name or address. That had required tyres in stock and were 50p cheaper than quote given. Well done Halfords. Tyre Savings don't actually seem to do anything as many reviews suggested. I won't use again.”

“They had one job - deliver 2 tyres. Fail! Then compound the failure by not offering an equivalent solution. Don't waste your time - they're a shambles that will end up costing you more than if you'd gone somewhere else in the first place, so go anywhere else.”

“I was quoted TYSAV48059 £199.98. However I was charged £234.72. I phoned Tyre Savings and left a number for call back and no one has returned the call.”

“As a taxi driver time is money chose tyre savings as they had a option to select time for tyres to get fitted booked for half 10 for 2 front tyres got vehicle back at half 3 won’t be using again”

“I have now made 3 bookings with Tyre savings. None of these bookings has resulted in me having tyres fitted. 2 bookings were cancelled due to lack of stock. The third booking was not cancelled but when I enquired at the tyre fitting garage, no tyres had been delivered. The fitting garage advised me there was no booking on the system then offered me tyres for double the price. I have regularly used Black Circles and ASDA tyres and this has not happened before.”
