“They had one job - deliver 2 tyres. Fail! Then compound the failure by not offering an equivalent solution. Don't waste your time - they're a shambles that will end up costing you more than if you'd gone somewhere else in the first place, so go anywhere else.”

“I was quoted TYSAV48059 £199.98. However I was charged £234.72. I phoned Tyre Savings and left a number for call back and no one has returned the call.”

“As a taxi driver time is money chose tyre savings as they had a option to select time for tyres to get fitted booked for half 10 for 2 front tyres got vehicle back at half 3 won’t be using again”

“I have now made 3 bookings with Tyre savings. None of these bookings has resulted in me having tyres fitted. 2 bookings were cancelled due to lack of stock. The third booking was not cancelled but when I enquired at the tyre fitting garage, no tyres had been delivered. The fitting garage advised me there was no booking on the system then offered me tyres for double the price. I have regularly used Black Circles and ASDA tyres and this has not happened before.”

“I booked the tyres to be fitted by FJ tyres Barry, when I arrive I get told that he has been trying to get off your site for 3 years and makes no money, saying why did I not go to other firm's well they weren't on your list. The price you quote is not what he wanted. Wanted to charge £2.50 per tyre for disposal. I would prefer to pay up front and not argue with fitter. Won't use again. Bought two more through asdatyres.com”

“Booked on website, got confirmation for 8:30am appointment turned up at garage only to be told that they was too busy couldn't do it til 11:30am. Didn't go back really poor service”

“Tyres never come, every time I ordered from tyresavings.com saim story, appointment delay by 2 days and in vorst scenario one week, never again. The only thing we need to do is to spread the word so not many people will suffer from this website.”

“Booked this online and got the booking confirmation. Arrived at the garage today at my appointment time to be told they don’t have my appointment and tyre savings aren’t someone they use although my booking confirmation has the garages name and address. They said this happens all the time!!”

“A non-starter: I did all the online price comparison and chose this for the range and prices given. I placed the order on-line, spoke to the local fitting service and all was set up for the next day. Next day I got an email telling me there was a problem and to use another fitter. I asked the local fitter who said it would be fine, they were just waiting for the tyres to come in, and since then I've heard nothing. Went to another fitter instead and got a better price too. There are definitely some gaps in how this is set up.”
