“Ordered door handles, window handles and blank backplates at a better price than I could find elsewhere. Although one item was out of stock I was kept informed and quickly refunded for the unavailable item. Delivery arrived quickly, I can only wish that all companies I deal with operated as efficiently. Thanks for such great service.”

“New locking window handles. I measured the spindle length & the distance between screw holes in the old broken handles & ordered accordingly. No cutting the spindle to size or new drill holes required, so really easy & quick to install. Arrived by courier next day. Very impressed.”

“I purchased some gutter parts, which came extremely quickly (to Highlands) and were as described. There was a fault with one of the products unfortunately (the others were fine though), but Truly PVC were extremely responsive when I contacted them. They replied very quickly, were straightforward and friendly to deal with, and sent a replacement product as a gesture of goodwill very quickly indeed. It's likely that I will make a bigger overhaul/replacement to my guttering in the mid-term and because of their amazing customer service, I will certainly be a return customer.”
