“Prompt Service, Good online system to place orders. Delivered very quickly. Limited stock and not all the options available for a given product. For example if you but frire escape hinges and require the same model with restrictor, it is not available.”

“Great hinges and easy to fit would recommend Delivery as expected and advertised but via Amazon who just leave on door step in full view. Screws not provided a little inconvenient if like me didn’t get time to check before starting the job so a heads up be prepared. All in all a happy customer as hinges seem to be well made.”

“I ordered five 15mm spindal handles, they arrived with 48hrs and are solid, have a good white finish , they were easy to fit and feel secure. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is because one of the cover fixings is not suitable for the handle and is the same in each pack. I would definatly recommend this product and suprisingly the price is unbeatable.”

“Truly PVC had just what we wanted at a resonable price. The website made finding and ordering the part easy, equally the payment process. The only negative (hence only 4 stars), delivery cost more that the actual part ordered, they are less than an hours drive away and it simply arrived in a jiffy envelope. Perhaps had we bought something larger or more expensive the delivery charge would have appeared to be better value...”

“I ordered replacement 5* cylinder locks for our patio doors. Arrived quite quickly and well packed. Sadly they aren’t exactly correct but I assume due to my measurements as I think they supplied what I requested.”

“The quality of the handles is good and arrived promptly.The only problem is that one of the handles had a different fixing to the other two and one of the screw coverings was missing. I will still buy another two handles for another window from Truly PVC.”

“With a delivery time from ordering of 24 hours I can only describe the service provided as first class. This order was for U Verge end caps which I`d forgotten to order when ordering the dry verge sections. Not sure if I missed it but for those of us not versed in ordering such products it would be helpful if related items flashed up " do you also need". All in all happy to recommend this supplier.”

“We ordered some replacement euro locks, 1 pair keyed alike and two further locks. The chaps were very helpful and were able to supply locks the same day. On attending site howver I noted that two locks did not have thumb turns on as ordered. As i dint pick the order up myself it wasnt checked ( my fault) but it did mean that although ten client accepted the locks, we had to reduce the quoted cost. This wont stop me using Truly PVC, I will just check my order on receipt”
