“With a delivery time from ordering of 24 hours I can only describe the service provided as first class. This order was for U Verge end caps which I`d forgotten to order when ordering the dry verge sections. Not sure if I missed it but for those of us not versed in ordering such products it would be helpful if related items flashed up " do you also need". All in all happy to recommend this supplier.”

“We ordered some replacement euro locks, 1 pair keyed alike and two further locks. The chaps were very helpful and were able to supply locks the same day. On attending site howver I noted that two locks did not have thumb turns on as ordered. As i dint pick the order up myself it wasnt checked ( my fault) but it did mean that although ten client accepted the locks, we had to reduce the quoted cost. This wont stop me using Truly PVC, I will just check my order on receipt”

“Window handles purchased unfortunately turn a full 180 degrees when opening. This allows the internal window opening mechanism to come out of its runners. When this happens the handles and internal mechanism can't be returned to the locking position without breaking it. I sent a message to Truly PVC but did not get a reply from them. Disappointed, Alan Clark.”

“Great service from one item missing , I emailed the company via the website and provided photographs and explanation of what was missing as requested this was dealt with speedily and effectively and with everyone being very helpful . I will of course shops again with this company.”

“Truly PVC supplied a good product and despatched it promptly. What let them down badly was their choice of “courier”. It was delivered a few hundred yards away but I didn’t know how to find it - I went all over town looking for it. A few days later a kind person delivered it. The kindness of strangers. If someone had decided to keep it, no-one would have known. I now want another product from Truly PVC but not if (not) delivered by the same sad “courier””

“I bought 90 degree rosewood covers for external of conservatory window sill. Parts were of good quality and done the job I needed them for. I would buy again from TRULYPVC”

“Required some replacement gutter brackets for an old upvc framed conservatory which became brittle or broken. Was not sure if was able to get and parts considering the age of the structure. After a quick search online came across Truly. They had an exact replica part of what I require. Called their sales and were very helpful. The parts arrived very quickly. Parts fitted a treat. Would recommend Truly for uPVC needs.”
