“Window handles purchased unfortunately turn a full 180 degrees when opening. This allows the internal window opening mechanism to come out of its runners. When this happens the handles and internal mechanism can't be returned to the locking position without breaking it. I sent a message to Truly PVC but did not get a reply from them. Disappointed, Alan Clark.”

“Great service from one item missing , I emailed the company via the website and provided photographs and explanation of what was missing as requested this was dealt with speedily and effectively and with everyone being very helpful . I will of course shops again with this company.”

“Truly PVC supplied a good product and despatched it promptly. What let them down badly was their choice of “courier”. It was delivered a few hundred yards away but I didn’t know how to find it - I went all over town looking for it. A few days later a kind person delivered it. The kindness of strangers. If someone had decided to keep it, no-one would have known. I now want another product from Truly PVC but not if (not) delivered by the same sad “courier””

“Required some replacement gutter brackets for an old upvc framed conservatory which became brittle or broken. Was not sure if was able to get and parts considering the age of the structure. After a quick search online came across Truly. They had an exact replica part of what I require. Called their sales and were very helpful. The parts arrived very quickly. Parts fitted a treat. Would recommend Truly for uPVC needs.”

Hi, George, I am keen to help however we can, but I am struggling to understand the reason behind the two-star feedback, and I think reaching back out to our sales team for further advice or explanation first would have been the better course of course. Firstly, you were pointed in the direction of the Wendland end caps because you have a Wendland roof, and neither of the two other end caps you mentioned would be suitable. To use them, you would have to remove the existing metal retaining plate which is extremely awkward and requires the removal of the bar top cap, which would break/snap and create much more significant issues, like leaks, than the cosmetic issue you currently have. Secondly, it is out of our control if a manufacturer discontinues a product. It seems strange to negatively review us for this – the same could be said for every other company in the world. We do everything we can to source spares and plastics and make conservatory repairs as simple as possible for DIYers and trade. My suggestion would be to paint the caramel starter end caps or just fit the white main end caps. You obviously saw that caramel was still available online and that we had plenty of white main end caps, and you have opted against both these options. If either of the above two options are suitable, I am more than happy to send the products to you free of charge. Please let me know, and feel free to call me on 0161 339 4982 should you wish. “The service was excellent, but the seal supplied was not the flipper type illustrated for the type F110 seal ordered. It was actually a flatterned ballon which compresses to give a wider seal face, hence giving some difficulty in keeping it within the profile of the vent window frame.”

“Really great value for money, speedy delivery. Makes my conservatory window ledges look brand new. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the window sill caps were dented in multiple places but I didn’t realise until after installation as I installed with protective plastic on, when I pulled it off I realised the damage. It’s minimal but annoying.”
