Quite possibly the worst packaging I ever got. I received window gaskets for my uPVC windows all tangled up and insode a cardboard box with nothing else. People wonder why people shop on Amazon.

Items were damaged again. We have had items before and they also were damaged. Usually we get a good response but this time after two emails with pictures provided we have had no reply. We have phoned but no one has helped us. We have purchased quite a lot of items over the past few years so this is a shame.

Hi Rick, We are sorry to hear this. I am unable to locate an email from you. We respond to all emails within a couple of hours during working hours and within 12 hours at weekends. I am not sure which email address you have emailed. I have emailed you directly this morning asking for a photograph to resolve this as soon as possible.

Truly are fine as are your staff particularly Alex who was friendly and helpful. Tuffnells were awful and the driver lied about delivery and me signing for the item which did not occur.

Bought products on Thursday evening. Had confirmation of order but payment still hasn't been took from my bank account and it's now Saturday. I'd ordered Thursday as delivery takes 3-5 days. I'm off work now for 5 days and need them delivered in those days. Not happy with the way this company works. Hopefully a dispatch email will arrive on Mon/Tues. Need to improve customer service with more details on your web about how long an actual internet order takes. Seems like it's quicker talking to people.

After paying £18 delivery charge, I was then lied to about the goods being delivered. I waited in all day after receiving an email that stated “ your order will be delivered today. On contacting Trulypvc I was told the van had broken down. The next day the courier told me the order was never loaded onto a van. Two parts of the delivery were damaged, I had to wait a further 3 days for the replacements.

Having had a delivery 3 days ago, I went to place another order, and the cost had tripled, and charged me for p&p twice, can't claim they're cheapest online anymore!!!

Prompt processing of order but woeful lack of attention to the quality of finish on the product (window handles). One of the two ordered had chrome that was scratched and blistered. Had to send back: waste of time, effort, and postage.

Came with a flaw and the end I can’t see how this was missed if items are checked properly when wrapping. Luckily it was a few inches long so I have managed to cut this bit off

I paid for faster delivery however when they arrived the invoice stated Nickel (as ordered) however the bag contained brass locks. First chap I spoke to was very helpful said he’d try to get the correct ones out that day but after that staff didn’t seem interested…. Said couldn’t dispatch that day and they’d arrive Saturday or Monday.,,,( disinterested)…not impressed!!

Poor ‘tracking service’ with meaningless information as not updated in a timely fashion and leaves receipient unsure when delivery will be made as Tracking information showing ‘out for delivery’ all day but nothing arrived.

Cannot contact them, their line just cuts off after 1330. No update on express delivery ordered by courier and No apparent care toward the customer. All I wanted to know was my item in stock and had it been despatched and the tracking number. Nothing from this company by return. I just need the goods to progress a job, please......

Delivery 7 working days not 3 to 5. Goods dumped on drive, not even a knock on the door to alert me of delivery. Goods absolutely filthy, will have to clean before fitting.

Pretty rude on the phone, with not even answering in a professional manor. Sent item late. Could not/would not provide proof of postage. Will not use this company again.

speedy delivery, but was missing fitting instructions and some fittings (wood screws, plastic washers, ridge flashing trim screws). The bag containing the fixings had holes / was split that may have accounted for the missing items.

Hi, John, We're sorry to hear your order was missing some of the fixings. I will get a complete pack sent out to you straight away and email the fitting instructions over to you. If you are retro-fitting the ridge kit onto a non-Ultraframe conservatory, some steps and components will not be required. Don't hesitate to call us for more installation advice, if required! one edge badly bodged and glued together had to fill small hole no option due to need to secure .will think twice before ordering anything again. .

I have now had two separate orders for bull nose window sill covers. Both orders contained damaged sills both on the ends and also on the main pvc surfaces. I was able to cut around the damage, others may not be so fortunate. Clearly the sills are not stored correctly prior to delivery to cause such damage. The damage was not the result of delivery given where the damage was and how well wrapped and protected the items were. Clearly there is no quality check before despatch. Really disappointed and I await to see a company response (a genuine one not a corporate one).

Over a week to deliver item after it said next day dispatch on website had to pay carpenter half a day extra to fit window board as not delivered on time
