“Goods are ok. Had to use rubber mallet to hammer them into place though. The postage on the other hand was ridiculous. A small padded envelope would have reduced that to the cost of a second class stamp. That would have reduced the postage to 87p.”

Regarding the delivery cost, we use a next-day courier service rather than Royal Mail second-class post. This allows us to offer a faster, tracked, and more reliable service to our customers, which is reflected in the delivery charge. “The quality of the handles is good and arrived promptly.The only problem is that one of the handles had a different fixing to the other two and one of the screw coverings was missing. I will still buy another two handles for another window from Truly PVC.”
