“Always been a pleasure to do buisiness with you in the past. Not so good on my last enquiry about a roof. I had everything in my basket ready to order and thought I would give you a call and check you have got all I needed as I know the 500 series was awkward to get hold off. I couldn't beleave how rude and obnoxious the person on the other end of the phone was. So needless to say the call didn't end well. Best regards Zane Spargo.”

Thank you for your feedback and for your continued support over the years Zane :) We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience and that you felt the service you received was unacceptable. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we take your comments seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to put things right and hope to welcome you back in the future.
