“I found this company whilst looking at products on ebay. To my surprise they were literally 20/25 mins away from me. It worked in my favour, as I'd rather deal face to face and wanted to view 2 products. Customer service is second to none, you really get a sense of belonging when entering the Customer sales area. Whilst dealing with a sales representative, I even had polite discussion coming from the sales office. Embarrassingly, I made a mistake with my sizes when purchasing a window cill overlay. I figured I'd have to take a hit and purchase another one, but the sales manager just said to return it for a replacement. I was absolutely made up, and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and indeed to recommend them.”

“Goods are ok. Had to use rubber mallet to hammer them into place though. The postage on the other hand was ridiculous. A small padded envelope would have reduced that to the cost of a second class stamp. That would have reduced the postage to 87p.”

Regarding the delivery cost, we use a next-day courier service rather than Royal Mail second-class post. This allows us to offer a faster, tracked, and more reliable service to our customers, which is reflected in the delivery charge. “The quality of the handles is good and arrived promptly.The only problem is that one of the handles had a different fixing to the other two and one of the screw coverings was missing. I will still buy another two handles for another window from Truly PVC.”
