“I needed four replacement Euro locks, all different, preferably from the same supplier, and found that Truly could meet all my needs. I also found that they provided a lot of explanatory guides so I was confident that I was ordering exactly what I needed. Delivered within two days too.”

These keyed-alike pairs are supplied with 6 keys in total (3 per cylinder), so there should have been 6 keys included. It sounds like something may not be right here. “I found this company whilst looking at products on ebay. To my surprise they were literally 20/25 mins away from me. It worked in my favour, as I'd rather deal face to face and wanted to view 2 products. Customer service is second to none, you really get a sense of belonging when entering the Customer sales area. Whilst dealing with a sales representative, I even had polite discussion coming from the sales office. Embarrassingly, I made a mistake with my sizes when purchasing a window cill overlay. I figured I'd have to take a hit and purchase another one, but the sales manager just said to return it for a replacement. I was absolutely made up, and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and indeed to recommend them.”
