“Found an item on the website that was a lot cheaper than anything on amazon or ebay etc. Ordered Easter Sunday and arrived on the Tuesday following. Couldn't be happier with the service. The items are of good quality and perfect for my needs. Couldn't be happier with the service and woudl definately recommend to others.”

“I'm not someone who typically writes reviews but in the case of Truly PVC just had to say how impressed I've been with their support and service. Just to explain, I urgently needed some conservatory end caps but had no idea of part number. I took a couple of pics and sent them to Truly PVC - after their closing time on Saturday night, so was very surprised when a couple of minutes later Tony responded to the e-mail with parts and a link to order. I ordered the parts that night and received them Monday morning - of course they fitted. Thanks all specially Tony great service.”

“Truly PVC supplied a good product and despatched it promptly. What let them down badly was their choice of “courier”. It was delivered a few hundred yards away but I didn’t know how to find it - I went all over town looking for it. A few days later a kind person delivered it. The kindness of strangers. If someone had decided to keep it, no-one would have known. I now want another product from Truly PVC but not if (not) delivered by the same sad “courier””

“Needed new handles for my windows. found just what i needed on the truly pvc website. Bought 3 and they fitted great. Site had all the dimensions needed to pick correct handles. Windows have been transformed. Great comms as well as quick despatch and delivery.”
