“Absolutely splendid service, and at an excellent price. I emailed with a query last Saturday morning, expecting no reply until business resumed the following week, only to get a detailed response within minutes. Armed with the necessary information, I ordered online, but I could never have expected that an item ordered from a bricks-and-mortar building supplies firm just before lunch on a Saturday should arrive on the following Monday mid-afternoon. The product was exactly as described and expected (3* euro lock cylinder), and well packaged. Well done all.”

“Required some replacement gutter brackets for an old upvc framed conservatory which became brittle or broken. Was not sure if was able to get and parts considering the age of the structure. After a quick search online came across Truly. They had an exact replica part of what I require. Called their sales and were very helpful. The parts arrived very quickly. Parts fitted a treat. Would recommend Truly for uPVC needs.”
