“I placed an order on 21st August and received a call 22nd to tell me you were restocking 18mm with 16mm facia and would call back next week when restocked. No call received up to Wed 3rd Sept when I came in to see chase order. Order was processed at that time and it wasn't until I got it to site and began cutting the facia, realised I have been given the wrong board. I ordered a 16mm facia and have been given a 9mm. As a consequence I have had to do extra work pack out to required depth with 9mm ply. I have also been charged for 16mm board and got 9mm. Please refund the difference. Tony Holland - 07990504133”

“With a delivery time from ordering of 24 hours I can only describe the service provided as first class. This order was for U Verge end caps which I`d forgotten to order when ordering the dry verge sections. Not sure if I missed it but for those of us not versed in ordering such products it would be helpful if related items flashed up " do you also need". All in all happy to recommend this supplier.”
