your serivce is perfect but your courier service is awful. We stil havent received the barrel, we received an email to say it had been delivered but it hasnt been delivered to us so no idea where it is.

You are good to deal with online, but your delivery service is absolute rubbish. The parcel has been with them over 48 hours and I still haven’t got it.

I never received the item, I have emailed customer service and made a few phone calls, sent order number and yet no one has apologised, no one has looked into it , but happily keeping my money. Will not recommend such a poor company. Save yourself the hassle of chasing them for your money, just don’t buy from them.0 would have been a better rating but there are no such option.

The product did not straighten to border the skirting board. It was curved. The adhesive was very light. It was not strong to stay firm. It lifted up very quickly. It did not stay put. I had to throw it away. It was of no good use.

We are sorry to hear this, we do advise that the cleaner the surface, the neater and more secure the fit. Consider also that warming the tape is advised, and that some situations may benefit from additional adhesive. Trulypvc supply and delivery pvc items. My initial over night delivery never arrived. A second repeat delivery for 24 parts was delivered yesterday, 10 days later, unfortunately 17 were missing and 7 were the incorrect. I have therefore paid for a few items that have not been ordered. You can make your own judgement, TRULY unprofessional.

We have tried to contact you several times this week to try and resolve this with no response. Please can you send photographs therefore I can rectify this for you straight away. Be careful, if by any chance you have ordered the wrong item, you will be charged postage out to you and for the return back to them for a refund. Most places will offer you a free return, but not this company and their words were we cant to nothing about it! So much for their saying on the invoice, "We hate to disappoint and will do everything we can to satisfy you!" Well that was a total lie.

In future, I would urge you to check a company's return policy before you purchase from them, so you know where the company stands with free returns, etc. That way, you can make an informed decision on whether or not you choose to purchase from them. In line with our T&Cs and your statutory rights, you are entitled to a full refund (including outbound postage) upon your order's return. I would, therefore, urge you to return the item to us. Using our Royal Mail Tracked Returns service, it will cost just £3.50, which we will deduct from your final refund. Item came marked as if correct size sent but incorrect size locks provided in the package Had to pay to return myself & still no refund in my account & refused to swap out for correct items so paid delivery, paid return & no refund or items. Massive fail

Hi, I am very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your order. After providing our customer service team with photos, the item you received was found to be correct - you simply ordered the wrong size. Should the item have arrived incorrect, we would have immediately dispatched a replacement to you and collected the original item free of charge. Your return was received yesterday and refunded earlier today; however, it can take up to 5 working days for this to show up in your account. Unfortunately you have ordered the wrong item. The code you have provide is for a RCA510W – 150 degree external corner, you have ordered a Marley Classic 135° Ext. Corner – White - RCA511W.

Roof felt support- bend, poor quality easy to break . Thay are looking like go up and down- for me unfortunately rubish. Customer service want me too prof that. When I did that say isover 30 days to resend or refound. Avoid please waste your money 💰

Unfortunately, as the issue has been reported over 30 days after the item was delivered, regrettably, we must assume that the issue has occurred after delivery and while the item has been in storage, during handling or supplementary transport. Customers are expected to check over the item soon after receipt and report any issues immediately. As this has not been observed, unfortunately, this order cannot be considered for replacements.

Hi,your website is stupid. I ordered window sill 2x1m, which probably I thought means 2m because that's the size of my window, and you send me 2 pieces of 1m. Can I send it back?

I can see you have ordered 2 x Window Board Capping Cover (1m) - 250mm, therefore we have sent the correct items. We did advise you to send the items back to us for a full refund as you ordered incorrectly.

I phoned as I am a lady of 80yrs and not good on my iPad as I couldn’t see where to order and the man who I spoke to was most unhelpful. I went through Amazon and no problem .

Ordered skirting boards last week, they were due to arrive last week, nothing appeared, no tracking number, nothing. Called yesterday to be told they weren't in stock, and not sure when they would be in stock. Would have been nice for the suppliers/ truly PVC to have said that upon ordering or even an email sent after the order was placed, rather than taking our money and nothing... Will not buy from here again, or try to order from here.

Poor quality and the service is absolutely awful avoid this company is wasting money and time! They supposed to refund the amount and they didn’t refund it! Shame on them! Very disappointed Avoid!
