“Excellent service. As promised the radiator was delivered the next day after ordering. This is the second one of these radiators I have bought ( anthracite Saturn) and I am just as satisfied with it as I was with the first. The only gripe I have with Trade Radiators is that the week after buying the radiator they reduced the price by 30%. However, I'm still happy with my purchase and will probably use them again in the future.”

“You can never tell the true measure of a company until there is a problem. Unfortunately I had a problem with my towel rail. Amanda sorted the problem straight away and a replacement was delivered the next working day. Happy to say the replacement was perfect and looks great. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.”

Apologies there was a delay, upon the checking the order the delivery address field hadn't been filled in fully when you placed the order which was then rectified and the goods duly dispatched. Apologies again for any inconvenience.

“You didn’t have stock of something I ordered. I called twice and only on second call was made aware of this. Bit of a poor customer experience as I had plumber booked that I will now need to change.”

Hi Nick, we did email you immediately upon placing the order to notify you that the item was out of stock, we do this with all orders containing any OOS items. The email gave you the option to leave the item on back order if you wished and we also gave you an alternative product suggestion, we didn't get a reply from you so the item was left on back order, as per our email. Hi Kat, the feet are 'optional' and not essential, these are wall hung radiators. Some customers choose to have the feet as they like the overall look with them, some customers may choose feet as the wall the radiator is going on isn't great. Sorry you feel you had a "wasted plumber trip", you just bought the radiators from us, nothing else. We do have a help line if you needed any guidance regards to valves, feet, anything at all, we are here to help and would have been more than happy to assist you. Thanks for your review Aaron and sorry you're not happy. Maybe it was the device you were using to browse our website that didn't show our product images well enough for you. The radiator is exactly as shown on our images which are also identical to the photos you sent us of the radiator you received, there is no difference between them. We're guessing it's possibly been the brightness or contrast settings on your device when placing your online order as it's very clearly shown as chrome on top. We, of course, don't want our customers to be unhappy so offered to collect the radiator for a refund but you said you'd rather keep it. Sorry again that you're unhappy.
