“We are so pleased with our Nordic Oslo radiators. Our builder wrongly sized one of the rads but that was easily rectified. Customer service operators were pleasant and helpful in resolving our problem. Would recommend.”

“I sent a message about the towel rail I was interested in, which was answered very quickly. I subsequently ordered the towel rail which arrived just as quickly. It was well packaged & fitted with no issues at all. Great product, great service, great people. Thank you”

“Put an order in on line. Sometime later I had a telephone call from a lady (Scottish) at Trade Radiators informing me that the radiator feet i had ordered were the wrong ones and informed me of the ones that I needed. Although I did not ask if there was a price difference. Within 30 minutes of ending the call I received notification of a refund. Great service many thanks.”
