“The radiator arrived with damaged packaging and on inspection was found to have potentially damaged the radiator. I sent Kimberley pictures and she arranged for a next-day replacement and faulty item collection. Excellent product at the right price, our utility is probably now the hottest room in the house. All that so we can keep the towels dry for wiping the dog's feet when he comes in the house. I would highly recommend and will certainly be my first point of call if I am upgrading any more radiators.”

“Excellent product, good value and delivered on time. I had ordered a radiator from Victorian Plumbing but after a month of them messing me about on delivery had to cancel it. Trade Radiators delivered in 3 days as advertised.”

“Managed to deliver from stock with next-day delivery! Sounds simple and what we have come to expect but most suppliers constantly fail to manage this. Thank you the prompt delivery got me out of a hole put in by others. Highly recommend. Pricing is competitive too.”

“The 4 column radiator i purchased reportedly delivers just over 5000 BUT which is far and away the best performance i could find anywhere else on the market, i even called to confirm because i couldn't believe the rating yet they confirmed it's correct. I received the rad in perfect condition, looked great as well, as well as the fancy TRVs. The whole centres reported were almost bang on, id say 5 to 6mm out so installing was a tight affair! Now its plumbed in and working, the rad does kick out a good bit of heat but hard to say whether it's over 5000BTU. Would i purchase from Trade Radiators again.... YES I WOULD”

“Still only received half of my order, sent an email a week ago but heard nothing back. Apparently it was sent out separate to the first two and I should have received the third radiator later the same day as the others. That was a week and a half ago and still no sign of it”
