The radiator I received was damaged. Kimberley Brines was very helpful in reassuring me that information and photos had been received ( I am 74 and not the best with modern technology ). She then arranged for a rapid replacement which arrived within a couple of days. I could not find the size of the radiator I needed locally which is how I came to find Trade Radiators. I would order from them again.
