“Prices, very competitive. Delivery, 5 star. Valves arrived the following day. Rad arrived on Monday ordered Friday. That is fast. Overall avery well run efficient and competitive company. Highly recommend.”

“The Anthracite looks great on a white wall, but if I was to do it all again, i might have gone for white. The only drawback for these rads (for us) is that we have flexible pipes, which until now where virtually hidden. However the design of the bracket means that the pipes have to come through the middleunder the brackets to attach to the radiator, this means the dirty plastic pipes are now very visible.”

Sorry to hear about the visibility of the flexible pipes—the bracket design can require pipes to be routed through the middle. “We are pleased with the style and look of the radiator but it took 6 attempts to get the tails to seal and stop leaking. The radiator replaced our chrome towel radiator as it was not heating up the bathroom enough so the radiator we puchased from yourselves was twice the BTU'S so we thought that would now make the bathroom warmer but your radiator takes a long while to get hot and cools down immediatly the heating stops working so basically did not resolve our problem. The only way we can get more heat in the room is to possibly install a smaller version of the one we have on the other wall but obvoiusly this will involve the cost of the radiator and a plumber to install. To sum up my purchase, a little disappionted for a cost of over £300.00 .”

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the sealing issues and that the radiator isn’t meeting your expectations. I cannot see that you contacted us to advise the product was leaking. Had you of done that we would have resolved that straight away for you. Did you fill in the heating calculator to ind out how many BTUs you require for the room it is going in? “I have found these radioators well built and of a high quality. The last one I received though had been slightly bent in transit. I was able to lever the bend out so no real problem but the reason this is a 4 rather than a five.”

“Generally speaking, satisfied. The product is good quality and looks great. Fitting instructions need to be more clear, especially to say that a pretty specialist tool is required to fit the bushes. Also the delivery date was missed and I was not impressed by the responses to my requests for updates on the planned date.”

“Very happy with the Reina Luna ladder tower radiator itself with its low projection and metal wall mounts which looks really smart. Only downside was there were no fitting instructions. Also no instructions to explain that the top of the bars unscrew to reveal the bleed valve. Manufacturing quality is utterly stunning as we nearly didn't spot the microscopic line that identified the part you unscrew. We contacted customer service to ask where the bleed valve was - she tried to tell us that we didn't need a bleed valve at the top as we fill the radiator from the bottom and asked us to send pictures! We found it ourselves only after a google search hinted that some radiators have a hidden bleed valve at the top.”

“Good prices and very responsive customer service - my only gripe is that my order was delivered in 3 parts by 3 different delivery companies, but it wasn’t clear once I’d placed the order that this would happen (I may have missed this detail if it was in the small print!), which caused some confusion at my end. But, this wasn’t swiftly clarified on calling customer service. If this detail was clearer at the point of order, this would be a 5 star review.”

“The radiators themselves are stunning and good quality. However the plumber too a long time fitting them as the valves and fittings were not already installed into them, which he was not used to - and, there were no instructions for this”

“Ordered a 1800h x 926w 2 column radiator. Easy to order and it was delivered in timescale as promised. Well packaged and included all the wall fixings necessary. I would advise Trade Radiators to review their contract with existing couriers. The 49kg Radiators was left propped against the house main door as courier refused to put it inside the house. This is unacceptable as radiator could not be moved by the older householders. Not good enough”

“Good price. Radiator not beautiful but didn’t expect it to be. And the service was good. Had to wait a few days but it arrived on time and I spoke to real human beings regarding the delivery which was a pleasant change. It arrived when they said it would.”

“Good range, quick delivery. Packaging on one radiator was damaged, and upon inspection found the radiator intact but mounting brackets were missing from the packaging. Contacted Trade Radiators by telephone and email and a set of the correct mounting brackets was delivered F.O.C. within 3 days. A good remedy to the delivery problem. Thank you.”
