“Good range, quick delivery. Packaging on one radiator was damaged, and upon inspection found the radiator intact but mounting brackets were missing from the packaging. Contacted Trade Radiators by telephone and email and a set of the correct mounting brackets was delivered F.O.C. within 3 days. A good remedy to the delivery problem. Thank you.”

Your items should be 100% perfect and will have left that way, this is most likely transit damage. “Let down by the courier company who lost the delivery. However, Trade Radiators responded quickly to deal with the issue p, kept me informed and dispatched a second delivery. Unfortunately the plumber had allocated the day to fit them and they didn't arrive in time. Good product once I had them.”

“Great Co to order from and delivered the following week. Radiators look great and are straightforward to install. Only negative is even though they were checked upon delivery one rad has a cosmetic paint defect on top, looked like contamination during painting/baking. Happens to be on top of the rad in the line of sight. Will have to see if it can be repaired. Other than that great service, delivery and product.”

“The radiator itself is excellent and the process of confirming the colour was easy and efficient to confirm. I'm not that pleased with the clear plastic brackets that were supplied to space and mount the lower end of the radiator so it woud be better to have additional metal brackets. The delivery was also a day later that was promised so i wasted some time off work to be home for the dleivery. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.”

“Very impressed but so much on delivery. Window of 9am to 6pm too much with them saying you MIGHT get a better idea of time on the day am hr before!! The delivery driver did phone, opened the back of the van and my delivery wasn't there!! It came on another truck in the afternoon. That said, everyone I've dealt with have been great👍”

“The actual radiators seem ok quality overall. The plastic covers that fit over the top valves are really poor quality though, not acceptable on this price radiator so have just left them off. Also the feet are £40 each foot, they are flimsy and don't even come with any fixings.”

“Good prices, rapid delivery and very well packaged. The radiator arrived in perfect condition. My only issue is that the oval column radiator I purchased doesn't have a blocker/diverter in the bottom tube to aid more efficient flow through. The diagram on the website showed it, and that's why I chose this radiator. I had to purchase a flow diverter separately at the cost of ~ £30.”

Diverters are only needed for vertical radiators or radiators bigger than 1000mm high. The one you have ordered is 600mm x 812mm so that is why one has not been supplied as it is not required. “Really easy ordering and great care in packaging. However, aluminium radiator instructions did not identify that plugs are both left hand and right hand thread. Plugs very poorly engineered as well. Manufacturer has lessons to learn. Well done wholesaler!”

“So far, so good. The online catalogue, selection process, ordering, price, payment and delivery of the radiator I have chosen have all gone very smoothly. I can fully recommend this. As yet, the radiator and fittings are not installed so I cannot comment further. If they work and last as well as the service experienced so far, then 5 stars would be the rating.”
