“The radiator has multiple scuffs on the top but because we had left it until the following week to unpack we were not able to contact for a replacement. Just disappointing that it had any damage really.”

“The towel rails were DIY installed OK. I would have preferred some advice and measurements to aid hole drilling. Two in series for a His and Hers arrangement is good now.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box, the look and feel of the radiator was so much better than I thought, I’d researched fir a while and paid less than other retailers and the quality of the traditional valves and Matt look column radiator was excellent. Highly recommend this company”
