“We are pleased with the style and look of the radiator but it took 6 attempts to get the tails to seal and stop leaking. The radiator replaced our chrome towel radiator as it was not heating up the bathroom enough so the radiator we puchased from yourselves was twice the BTU'S so we thought that would now make the bathroom warmer but your radiator takes a long while to get hot and cools down immediatly the heating stops working so basically did not resolve our problem. The only way we can get more heat in the room is to possibly install a smaller version of the one we have on the other wall but obvoiusly this will involve the cost of the radiator and a plumber to install. To sum up my purchase, a little disappionted for a cost of over £300.00 .”

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the sealing issues and that the radiator isn’t meeting your expectations. I cannot see that you contacted us to advise the product was leaking. Had you of done that we would have resolved that straight away for you. Did you fill in the heating calculator to ind out how many BTUs you require for the room it is going in? A radiator with double the BTU you had before will most definitely heat the room. Kind regards, Kim Brines

“I have found these radioators well built and of a high quality. The last one I received though had been slightly bent in transit. I was able to lever the bend out so no real problem but the reason this is a 4 rather than a five.”
