“Rads are great, but the fixings supplied are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Used the right drill bit, into solid brick, sleeve of fixing was snug in the hole, made sure enough depth to hole so the bolt had plenty of room at the back end. Used a small spanner to lighten , thread stripped with MINIMAL pressure. This doesn't fill me with confidence as the rad weight was 40Kg. Decided not to risk it and purchased decent anchor bolts. I would recommend anyone buying a vertical riena rad, does the same. Great rad, but buy some decent fixings!!!”

“Really pleased with my Apollo column radiator in anthracite with pewter valves. It looks really elegant and classy and is excellent value for money. Delivery was on time and hassle free. The lady I spoke to advised me on the type of valve required to fit the pipes in my home so everything was super easy and stress-free.”

“Website was easy to use and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Delivery was prompt and arrived when it should have. I feared for the condition as the boxes were a bit battered on the outside but the radiators were well wrapped inside and survived without a scratch.”
