The quality and finish of the towel radiator is amazing even the valves are available in the same gun metal finish which is beautiful.

Good prices and very responsive customer service - my only gripe is that my order was delivered in 3 parts by 3 different delivery companies, but it wasn’t clear once I’d placed the order that this would happen (I may have missed this detail if it was in the small print!), which caused some confusion at my end. But, this wasn’t swiftly clarified on calling customer service. If this detail was clearer at the point of order, this would be a 5 star review.

I had sent an email enquiry to the company contact form over the Christmas and New Year break. I got a very helpful and pleasant reply from Gillian at the customer services team and subsequently ordered a radiator. The radiator was delivered ontime by DHL and I found it to be a well made and nicely finished towel radiator, much better than the one I was replacing in a rented property. It fitted well and has a good guarantee period likely to outlast the previous radiator. Very pleased, would buy again from TR

Poor after sales support and poor written instructions on Nordic column radiators. I am not a plumber but have fitted several radiators including column radiators. However, I have never seen wall brackets like these and cannot find any videos online showing how to assemble these. The attached instructions are poor and don't actually show how to assemble and mount these radiators. I reached out to trade radiators for support and they told me to speak to a plumber. I am sorry why should I get a plumber when I can fit this myself? If there were clear instructions i wouldn't need any advice. I asked the operator at trade radiators was there anyone else in the company who can advise me and she blunty said no. So basically no one at the company has any technical knowledge or no one can be bothered to help. For such a big company I am staggered that no support can be offered. I will not be buying again.

The radiators themselves are stunning and good quality. However the plumber too a long time fitting them as the valves and fittings were not already installed into them, which he was not used to - and, there were no instructions for this

Radiators good to look at (well, as attractive as radiators can be!) and reasonably priced. Service was excellent - customised colour but delivery was much earlier than quoted. Communication was good. Would buy from Trade Radiators again.

Over the past couple of years, I have purchased 6-7 radiators for our house refurbishing project. Each time, the delivery has been prompt, and the prices have been consistently good. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

We are so pleased with our Nordic Oslo radiators. Our builder wrongly sized one of the rads but that was easily rectified. Customer service operators were pleasant and helpful in resolving our problem. Would recommend.

Well what can I say, I never thought that a radiator could make such a difference to a room, I love it!! The heat it gives out is tremendous too. It was delivered on time, with great communication-thank you.

Thank you for your response but the information is not entirely accurate. The company used a non-existent landline to contact me which you said was supplied by PayPal not me. This was listed 2nd on PayPal. They are investigating this. You did not use the mobile number which has always been listed first as the Primary Number. The company also failed to ring us an hour ahead of delivery. The ring doorbell was fully charged. The notifictation from the ring doorbell was received after the delivery attempt. Delivery failed for these reasons. This could have been avoided with a phonecall an hour ahead, using the mobile number supplied when ordering online which was also listed first on PayPay. We rang the company immediately but waited 8 hours after the failed delivery to have an update. No possible solutions were offered, only an insistent non-negotiable request for another delivery charge. My husband was left with no option despite the inaccurate information held by the company.

I sent a message about the towel rail I was interested in, which was answered very quickly. I subsequently ordered the towel rail which arrived just as quickly. It was well packaged & fitted with no issues at all. Great product, great service, great people. Thank you

We are repeat, loyal customers and have spent just under a £1000 previously but that seems insignificant. We waited 8 hours after the failed delivery to have an update. Thank you for your review. The only number supplied via PayPal was a non-functional landline, which prevented our driver from making contact on the day of delivery. No alternative or mobile number was received prior to dispatch. We do not have access to your PayPal account, that would be a breach of your personal data if we did. Despite this, a delivery attempt was made. The driver attended the property and rang the doorbell; however, the Ring doorbell was not operational due to it running out of battery (as advised by your husband). Your husband was present in a back office at the time but did not hear the driver. With no working doorbell response and no valid telephone number available, the delivery could not be completed. As clearly stated in our delivery terms and on two separate emails you were sent, failed deliveries resulting from missing or incorrect contact details, or lack of response at the delivery address, are chargeable. The delivery was booked in for the day you requested and we do also advise in both emails that while we ask the driver to call that is not always a guarantee. The £84 (that was what you paid not £90) redelivery fee reflects the cost of a second vehicle allocation, driver time, and route rescheduling and is non-negotiable. This is in addition to the original £80 delivery charge, which covered the initial delivery attempt. While we acknowledge your previous custom, all orders are subject to the same terms and conditions, which were applied correctly in this instance. Kind regards, Kim Brines

Put an order in on line. Sometime later I had a telephone call from a lady (Scottish) at Trade Radiators informing me that the radiator feet i had ordered were the wrong ones and informed me of the ones that I needed. Although I did not ask if there was a price difference. Within 30 minutes of ending the call I received notification of a refund. Great service many thanks.
