“Radiator was left on the doorstep even though we were in to accept the delivery. The box was totally damaged, holes in the packaging. When opened the heating element was missing and the radiator had scratches on it where it had been poking through the damaged packaging”

As soon as you contacted us, we arranged a replacement straight away. We understand how important it is to resolve issues like this quickly, and we’re glad we could dispatch a new unit without delay. We would also like to clarify that the radiator was unfortunately left on the doorstep by the courier, despite someone being home to accept the delivery. From the photos provided, the box was significantly damaged, with holes in the packaging. When opened, the heating element was missing and there were scratches on the radiator where it appears to have been exposed through the torn packaging. This clearly indicates the damage occurred in transit, which is very disappointing. We are following this up with the courier to prevent this from happening again. “Generally speaking, satisfied. The product is good quality and looks great. Fitting instructions need to be more clear, especially to say that a pretty specialist tool is required to fit the bushes. Also the delivery date was missed and I was not impressed by the responses to my requests for updates on the planned date.”

“Very happy with the Reina Luna ladder tower radiator itself with its low projection and metal wall mounts which looks really smart. Only downside was there were no fitting instructions. Also no instructions to explain that the top of the bars unscrew to reveal the bleed valve. Manufacturing quality is utterly stunning as we nearly didn't spot the microscopic line that identified the part you unscrew. We contacted customer service to ask where the bleed valve was - she tried to tell us that we didn't need a bleed valve at the top as we fill the radiator from the bottom and asked us to send pictures! We found it ourselves only after a google search hinted that some radiators have a hidden bleed valve at the top.”

“Did this online, price was good but chromework only just acceptable. I am a retired building surveyor with 20 years Corgii / plumbing. Delivery was fine although it arrived with a very large tear/hole in the cardboard box but no actual damage. Biggest issue was the description online which stated that the bleed valve was on the side. Never fitted a rad or towel rail that had only one bleed position, usually you choose which side to use. In this case there is only a valve on the right side and no way to fit it on the left which would have been considerably easier due to its positioning. I rang you to see if it could be changed, and got what I can only describe as a borderline rude response saying take it or leave it. I thought about returning it but the existing rad had pinholed and the bathroom was freezing cold so I made it work. I'm afraid I could not recommend you.”
