"Can't fault these guys. Well I can (although it's probably not their fault) but one of the many rads we ordered didn't show up. It was I think back in March sometime but we only just noticed it now that the rads were ready to go in. I called to ask for it to be sent out and they at first declined saying because it was so long ago they can't get the courier info so would instead offer a 20% discount. I said I wasn't happy because info or nto I genuinely did not receive the rad. They said they'd haev a think further, and call back todfay, which they did as promised and offered to send it out free as a gesture of goodwill. I accept that they techincally didn't need to do this as they are right it was my job to check the goods on arrival, but I didn't. So they have acted brilliantly here keeping the customer happy. Thanks guys!"
