We are terribly sorry for the delay with this James. The courier service has let us all down here which is not our usual standards at all. I can see a member of the customer service team has been in touch and this order has now been delivered. Apologies again for any inconvenience that was caused.

Very poor customer service. Ordered 3 radiator valves and they were sent to number 15 (my address is number 42). The owner of said house refused the package and they went back to sender. I needed them for a job I was working on that day hence using your next day service. I rang to complain and place a further order. On arrival only 1 was sent this time! I rang again and was assured the remaining two would be sent the following day. Despite the inconvenience of all this, there was no offer of compensation or goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again.

Our sincere apologies that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been Alyn. This is not our usual standards at all and it seems our courier service has let us all down in this instance . Apologies again that your experience was far from ideal.

I was advised by my plumber to order my new radiators and TRV’s from Trade Radiators so took his advice. Everything turned up promptly and the plumber came to install. All was okay for a day and then the TRV’s started causing all of the radiators to bang because the valves weren’t closing fully. They kept opening and closes creating the banging noise. I spoke to the customer services and after a lot of back and for the was told that they would not take my word that the valves were faulty and that I had to get the plumber back in. I did so and it was proved that the valves were faulty. They were replaced with a different valve from an alternative supplier and 2 weeks later the system is still fine. I reported back to customer services, the plumbers findings and costs only to be told that the valves would be refunded but not the cost for the plumber. After some arguing I managed to get a goodwill gesture of £50. Trade Radiators are still adamant that the valves aren’t faulty. So obviously the customer isn’t always right and neither is a skilled plumber. I would avoid Trade Radiators as the customers service is a joke and could end up costing you in the long run.

Apologies for the inconvenience Liam. Any issues do have to be investigated before issuing replacements/refunds. In most cases, there is usually a simple fix which saves time/money but in order to advise, we do require as much information as possible. Our apologies again.

I spent £400+ on a three-column radiator, only to find it was of poor quality. The plumber who was fitting it brought the issues to my attention, prompting me to contact customer service with videos and photos of the damage. However, they refused to assist, citing the fact that the product had been opened and installed. I'm appalled by the lack of concern from the customer service team and dismayed that companies can get away with such poor treatment of customers. Additionally, when I discovered the radiator's poor quality over the weekend, I couldn't reach the company for assistance. As someone with MS, I rely on heating due to the discomfort cold weather causes me, but the company showed no empathy towards my situation.

As you chose to fit the radiator before reporting this, the goods have been accepted and you have therefore rescinded your rights based on the fact that you are happy with the product. We could have sent you a replacement had we been given the opportunity to do so. The customer service agent did provide you with a discount as a good will gesture.

Thank you for your review. As per our terms and conditions, returns are subject to a collection fee. This is set by the courier depending on the size and weight of the goods. We do always offer you the option to arrange your own return should you wish to do so.

Radiator turned out to be fractured and once heat was applied to radiator through the night. It started leaking. Liability was excepted by Trade radiators sending out a new radiator but this didn’t cover the cost I had to pay out for a emergency plumber to remove the radiator and the damage to my new wooden floor.

Due to wrong information on the website regarding the BTU’s of the radiators I had to order from another site. This could of resulted in fitting undersized radiators if I hadn’t realised. The worst part it’s delayed the plumber by another week and when this was explained it was sorry but we can’t do anything about it just return the radiators. On top of that we had to take pictures of boxes to make sure they wasn’t damaged even though they was not open. 3 attempts later to say the photos were acceptable. The driver for collection only thought he was taking two back when very clearly stated I wanted all three returned via email.

The website did have an error on the Anthracite items you purchased (the white item you purchased was listed correctly) and will be updated accordingly. The photos are to protect yourself as we can see exactly the condition they leave you in. Again, we are very sorry the experience was not as it should have been and we do hope we get another chance to look after you in the future.

Still don’t have radiator! Utterly terrible. Email Tuesday morning to say order dispatched and to expect delivery in 1-2 working days. Organised for someone to be able to accept delivery on Wednesday - nothing. Worked from home Thursday - nothing. Went to work Friday - notice it would be delivered. No one around so requested delivery today (1 week later) as the only day I could be in. Delivery slot has been and gone, no one answering the phone at APC/Rush. Had to pay to put my child in to after school care. No idea if delivery is still planned but have to go and pick my son up. Plumber coming tomorrow morning but I have nothing for him to install. All in all a stressful process. Avoid.

I ordered a vertical radiator and instead of getting a double column, I received a single panel radiator from a different maker . I also ordered the double column feet which I received. Didn’t get much joy from customer services who insisted I ordered the panel radiator, but they sent the double column feet. Spoke to them twice but got so frustrated decided to give up for the sake of my well-being.

Hi Gemma, we've checked thoroughly and you placed your order online yourself and the items you have received are exactly as ordered and as shown/described on our website. You did order feet for column radiators but the radiator you ordered (Saturn) is a modern elliptical tube style radiator so they won't work together. When you contacted us we were more than helpful and advised that you could return or swap any or all of the items within 28 days no problem at all, we haven't heard from you since until this online review. We are here to help and can rectify your error for you quickly and easily given the opportunity to do so.

we purchased £3,500 worth of radiators 3 days ago and it was set for next day delivery yet its still not arrived and we have no tracking number. also when we contact the phone number to chase a lady called Kim answers and is extreimly unhelpfull / boarder line obstructive, we keep getting "fobbed off" and still have no confirmed delivery date after chasing and speaking with Kim multiple times. all we want is delivery confirmation so we can firm a date with our plumber, as its winter its hard to get a plumber booked in.

Some of items ordered were out of stock at the time as stated on the website when ordering (Tamika, who placed the order, will have been aware). We subsequently changed OOS items to alternatives at Tamika's request. It was a large order (10 big radiators) which, due to quantity/size/weight, cannot go with an overnight courier (they are unable to accommodate this qua/size/weight unfortunately) but rather a pallet logistics company which takes a little longer. The items were delivered less than 4 days after the order being placed and we provided all the tracking info as soon as this was made available to us, as promised. We understand that you had very tight deadlines when placing the order and called us 10+ times per day for 3 days angrily chasing delivery. We expedited the order for you after resolving the out of stock issues etc and while we do of course understand that project deadlines are very stressful, especially if you are behind schedule, however we did everything we possibly could to help your team.

I ordered 3 radiators two weeks ago and I just found out today that one of them was damaged as my plumber only got to me today. I called the company and was told that I should have checked the item within 3 days of receipt and that there was nothing they could do. My only choice is to buy another one! I will avoid this company at all cost in the future. Very poor customer service.

Thank you for your review, we do have this policy in our terms and conditions and again in your order confirmation email and dispatch email. The damage was not reported to us until over two weeks after delivery. As a good will gesture, the replacement was given to you at a reduced cost.

I asked about product details (for 13906 rad Tool) as website is not detailed enough in terms of tool size or shape. Merely asked if someone if I could look at a photo of a rad coupling of mine to estimate if the tool was the right one for the job. Complete lack of willingness from the lady on the phone to help in order for me to buy the £60 tool - as I'd not bought a radiator from them.

Was ordered on overnight delivery, arrived 6 days later. And, it had 2 small pints in it but too late to cancel Plumber that had to come back and fit it after it did not arrive.

Thanks for your review Karen. Having checked your order, this particular item was delivered well within the 7-10 working days shown on the product page of the website, where you ordered the radiator. This item is not overnight which is clearly stated prior to purchase. Again having thoroughly checked your order history, you didn't contact us to let us know about the damage. Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify this for you. We could have sent you a replacement had we been given the opportunity to do so.

The radiator clearly opened before, dented in multiple places and touched up with white paint, and no instructions on how to fit. This is the replacement one sent that cost me more money than the original one I order that was then told was out of stock.

Thank you for your review. Having checked your order I can see the item was returned as you had ordered one too many, not due to any problems with the product. The item was collected from you on the 1st March and a refund was processed on the 13th March. Returns take time to come back and then be processed by the warehouse following which the refund instruction can then go through, all returns follow the same procedure.
