Item was damaged when removed form packaging (packaging was undamaged). Unfortunately I only noticed after the 3 day window so was unable to make a claim. A lesson learned to completely remove the item from the packaging and inspect even if the packaging is in A1 condition!

Thank you for getting in touch. When ordering you should not be going off just an image. The most important thing to be going with is the size and the BTU. If you have ordered a radiator with the BTUs you require then the single panel should be sufficient. There is two images on the website one showing the radiator in single and double as these are both options that are available. The double radiators will say double in the name of it and they also have a different code and a higher BTU. I can see we advised we are happy to accept the radiators back for a return but we have had no further communication from you regarding that. Sent a damaged radiator that had a Quality Control sticker on it even though the middle panel on one side was moving up and down, and then made us unpack it and repack it 3 TIMES to take a completely unneccesary video, then we had to take photos of the outside of the box…they just endlessly delayed us either in the hope that we’d give up and just keep it or to hang onto our money as long as possible. We were so sick of them we demanded a refund and bought it elsewhere, but they wouldn’t even do that right. We arranged a collection for a particular day but they didn’t do it. No explanation, they just didn’t bother. Then we arranged another collection but were given no warning by Trade radiators the we would be sent an email by the courier for us to book the collection ourselves, so we nearly missed the second collection!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged radiator and for the frustration with our returns process. With any faults with products we will always require images or videos to assess the issue before we can issue a replacement or a refund. This is standard for most online companies and was not done to try and put you off from being issued a refund or a replacement. I can see you requested collection for 7th May which we confirmed had been booked, the courier only usually contact you to confirm not to actually book it so apologies about that, I will pass that feedback to the courier. I ordered a rad, valves and pipe covers in a single order. The rad arrived in there van but not the valves & covers. Much tooing & froing and it took another 5 days to receive the other parts. Missed my plumbers appointment because of this. I appreciate this was partly down to the courier but what was unpleasant was Trade Rad staff not returning my phone call, being casual about my plight. Poor customer service. I will need more rads in future so will go elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the delay in delivering the valves and pipe covers. Your radiator was coming from a different warehouse with a different courier. You contacted us on the Friday afternoon to advise you had not received the valves and pipe sleeves, we raised an investigation with the courier straight away. Unfortunately we are not open at the weekend but we called you back first thing on Monday morning but you did not answer so we sent you an email straight away. We do advise not to book in any tradesmen until you have the goods in your possession incase there are any delays or any issues with the products. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately my radiator came with non of the fixings or caps which happens, but what followed was the worst service i’ve dealt with in a while. The customer service teams are polite but full if false promises. I was told the fittings would be sent last monday but no confirmation email, chased on wednesday and was told they’d call me back that same day, exactly the same Thursday, then exactly the same Friday so 3 chases and 3 promises they would be in touch with an update (any update) and nothing. I’ve had to buy fixings that don’t really match the radiator in the end because I don’t trust the awful service i’ve had with this company.

Hi Hannah Thank you for your feedback. I can see that we sent out a replacement fitting pack with the courier and they failed to deliver it. We raised this with the courier and we have to allow time for them to investigate what has happened to it. Rest assured we were chasing this every day for you. I am sorry if you were not called with updates and this feedback has been raised with my colleague as that is really not good enough. I did try and call you personally myself this morning but unfortunately you did not answer so I did send an email. The courier did confirm that the goods have been lost and a replacement fitting kit has been dispatched and should be with you in the next couple of days. I would recommend using that one as it is always best to use the fittings for the specific product. Really sorry again for any inconvenience caused. Radiator was not delivered on stated date and information about delivery to address not upfront/clear when ordering ( the radiator was left at entrance to block of flats rather than delivered to door). When examined the radiator was scratched and damaged (but outwith the checking time for a return). I would not use this company again.

Our terms and conditions on our website do show that all of our deliveries are kerbside as the drivers are not insured to go in to your property and this was also on the delivery email we sent you. When you initially contacted us regarding the delivery there was no mention of any damage to the radiator and there was no contact made after to let us know there was an issue. Irresponsible for brand they carry, apparently this is the the quality issue of the product instead of transport damage, making every excuse not to replace or refund… Terrible customer service and do not protect customers right of interest……avoid buying from Reina and Trade Radiators!!!

Trade Direct Aphex, Designer Vertical Double Radiator, Aluminium, Black, 1600mm x 560mm purchased 4 of these radiators and would not recommend as they do not fully heat up. THe rads only heat up top half. The air has been checked and this is a new heating system, so rads are at fault

Order reference 000760573 Maybe for other customers went well, but my experience was horrible overall. TradeRadiators used DX Express for my delivery and I never received my radiator because of DX, but at the same time, TradeRadiators did not handle the situation well, considering they had every chance to make it right and they couldn't. 2 weeks, 10 phone calls and 20 emails later, all I have is the refund of the order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TradeRadiators.

Delivery didn't turn up on day/time stated then arrived a day late. Impact was having to hang around for while of first day in case of delivery.

Hi Stewart, thank you for your review. I have tried to call you regarding this but have been unable to reach you. Firstly please accept my apologies for the item you originally ordered being out of stock. I can see that when the order was placed our warehouse advised us that the towel rail have unfortunately went out of stock which we immediately emailed you to let you know and offered a free upgrade to a more expensive alternative. You did not contact us to advise you wanted to amend the order to that one but instead you went ahead and placed a new order for the alternative so we did not know we had to cancel the original one. Had you of contacted us we would have amended the order at our end and you would not have had to pay again. I can confirm I have now refunded you for the out of stock item and I have also processed a refund on the new order for the difference in price. They sent over £200 worth of radiator feet simply thrown in a box with minimal packaging that they were badly chipped on arrival. The solution was to send me some paint that I now have to spend my time painting them.

Hi Dominic, thank you for your review. I am sorry that the feet you ordered arrived damaged. I can see from your order that you contacted us to let us know about the damage and we offered you two solutions, replacements for them all or touch up paint and you opted to go for the paint option which we have agreed to send you as per your request. We were closed for the bank holiday yesterday so that is why we were unable to get back to you until this morning. We do advise to thoroughly check all goods before booking in your plumber so that if anything like this happens we have the chance to rectify it before your plumber is due to arrive. Apologies again.

Very Disappointed. Have purchased radiators and valves and found i was one short. Very much a Monday to Friday company so valve was sent too late and had to send plumber to get alternative. Offered return if I paid postage. No issue with courier just with Trade Radiators.

Hi Jeanette, thank you for your review. Having looked at your order I can see you placed it on Friday 2nd August at 19:27, as this was placed late on a Friday night we do not dispatch until Monday which we did and the goods were delivered to you on time on Tuesday 6th August. Our terms and conditions do state that deliveries are Monday to Friday and we do advise not to book in any tradesmen until you do have all the goods in your possession. As we have delivered on time and there was no issue with the valves we would not cover the postage. Should you wish to send them back to us we have sent your over the returns information so you can post them back to that address and we will issue you with a refund for the valves when we have received them back, thank you.

Very poor customer service. Ordered 3 radiator valves and they were sent to number 15 (my address is number 42). The owner of said house refused the package and they went back to sender. I needed them for a job I was working on that day hence using your next day service. I rang to complain and place a further order. On arrival only 1 was sent this time! I rang again and was assured the remaining two would be sent the following day. Despite the inconvenience of all this, there was no offer of compensation or goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again.

I was advised by my plumber to order my new radiators and TRV’s from Trade Radiators so took his advice. Everything turned up promptly and the plumber came to install. All was okay for a day and then the TRV’s started causing all of the radiators to bang because the valves weren’t closing fully. They kept opening and closes creating the banging noise. I spoke to the customer services and after a lot of back and for the was told that they would not take my word that the valves were faulty and that I had to get the plumber back in. I did so and it was proved that the valves were faulty. They were replaced with a different valve from an alternative supplier and 2 weeks later the system is still fine. I reported back to customer services, the plumbers findings and costs only to be told that the valves would be refunded but not the cost for the plumber. After some arguing I managed to get a goodwill gesture of £50. Trade Radiators are still adamant that the valves aren’t faulty. So obviously the customer isn’t always right and neither is a skilled plumber. I would avoid Trade Radiators as the customers service is a joke and could end up costing you in the long run.

Apologies for the inconvenience Liam. Any issues do have to be investigated before issuing replacements/refunds. In most cases, there is usually a simple fix which saves time/money but in order to advise, we do require as much information as possible. Our apologies again.
