“Bit eary to ask about review as radiators nly arrived this mrning so hadnt ahd any chance to review them.......booking lady was curt and sent me to the website ehich in fsairnes worked well; delivery process couldnt be faulted”

“Don’t always leave reviews but am so pleased with my new radiators that I wanted to. Bought 3 of the Trade Direct 2 column radiators 600x965 in white. Chose these because they had a decent BTU rating for 2 column and I didn’t have room for 3 column width. They were an excellent price and I particularly love the finish/colour - they are not a shiny gloss white but a subtle satin finish that looks wonderful against my slightly off-white and pale grey walls. I bought antique brass valves and sleeves which also make a huge difference. I’m so pleased with my purchase - thank you.”

“Trade Radiators were recommended by our plumber. Ordered three vertical aluminium radiators: two Reina and one own brand. All arrived in good time, although one box had been damaged in transit. Contacted the help line and given reassurance that if anything was wrong with the actual rsd then it would be replaced. Luckily it was fine. Overall very pleased with the quality, cost and service. Would recommend.”

“I initially received a faulty radiator, but after contacting the company, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. A replacement was arranged without any hassle, and I was advised to dispose of the faulty radiator. I would especially like to thank Yasmin Dar, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way, making the whole experience stress-free. Although there was an issue with the original product, the outstanding customer service more than made up for it. I am extremely happy with how promptly everything was handled and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. Thank you for such excellent service!”

“Great product, great price, delivered promptly (albeit a day late but that is the fault of the courier, not Trade Radiators but still within a couple of days so no harm done) with no damage. Looks fab on the wall and belts out heat. Highly recommended retailer.”
