“The products seem good, often delivered with damaged packaging. I recently ordered the wrong product so called to change before item was despatched- the woman i spoke to insisted I only needed to order an extra T piece to make the rad bi fuel. I informed her that was correct and could she cancel the order and I will order the correct one even though it was over £100 more, she agreed and said i would still get the same one with a £10 T piece .... obviously she was wrong because the radiator arrived made specifically as bi fuel as I had bought before. So good rads, quick delivery but lousy customer service.”

“Nice radiator which at 1.8m was still not too heavy. This was to replace an old 1960s radiator so it was a litlle short but a new extended compression tail sorted that. The brackets allowed micro adjustments, which were ideal. You WILL need to buy the Nylon spanner for the radiator bungs. Fit the bleed-screw, tails etc onto the bungs first (only the tails will need PTFE/Loctite) and then the bungs fasten dry. No leaks. The feet are a waste of time unless your radiator sits 4 inch from the floor.”

“Beautiful radiators, well made , ready within the estimated timescale. We had to postpone the delivery by a few days and that was accommodated by without fuss. When we were ready to accept the delivery, it all went efficiently. Definitely recommended.”

“Absolutely delighted with these radiators from Trade Radiators! Build quality is excellent, they look fantastic, and they put out so much heat I’m fairly certain NASA are tracking them as a local star. Fitted one in the kitchen and now the family gathers around it like Victorian peasants surviving winter. You can’t stand too close unless you’re looking to gently braise yourself. 10/10 — stylish, solid, and capable of heating roughly three postcodes”

“Was not told that our radiators that we ordered over a month before was discontinued after chasing multiple times I finally was told that we are not getting it, the lady I spoke to was very rude”

We were not informed that the radiators had been discontinued until we chased this with the warehouse ourselves. As soon as we had confirmation, you were updated and a full refund was processed immediately. Regarding the phone call, we apologised multiple times during the conversation and did our best to explain the situation based on the information available to us at the time. “I was recommended Trade Radiators by a lad who will be fitting a new kitchen for us. When looking at the website, it became clear that they have a vast choice of radiators. We chose a tall radiator to go next to a door opening that will give out more heat and not stick out as far as the one previously there. I paid for the rad and had free shipping. The rad turned up within the stated time and i was kept informed about the delivery. An excellent service was provided by Trade Radiators. Thank you.”
