“Choice of radiators is great and products and price keep me coming back. Please note for delivieries that these are main door only, so if you live in a flat you will definitely need 2 people to carry any larger radiators up as this is not covered under the delivery policy”

“Delivery was prompt and the carrier brought the pallet right to the front door. The radiators are very attractive. The only criticism I could make is that the wall bolts supplied for fixing the brackets are very poor quality and do not anchor adequately.”

“No problem with the order - fast delivery. But the quality of the packaging is inadequate, at least for the column radiators I ordered. The 34 kg radiator survived OK but the 51 kg unit had received a number of penetrations of the box, resulting in damage to the paintwork, plus a small dint into the steelwork. This has led to unwanted delays to the installation, while the paintwork is repaired. A more robust packaging system is required, at least for their heavier (and expensive!) items.”

“ordererd a reina osimo 1800 x 430 1st one arrived with a bend and a kink in side elevation 2nd one arrived with the same problem ? third one arrived with just a small bend but passable this is either a manufacturing fault or they are rejects to be fair to trade radiators they did replace the items quickly but have now got 2 damaged radiators to dispose of”

“I love this towel radiator. The chrome surround around the white rads look very classy. My bathroom fitter commented on the high quality of the raditor. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with it.”
