Good radiators lovely thank you. But i have to ssy your delivery is very poor. I am waiting from arrow carriers that my radiator should of been delivered yesterday but the driver ran out of time and todsy i still haven't received it. I am very annoyed as it is costing us money because the plumber iscwsiting to fit this radiator. Regards Wendy Harris

Fast delivery, cosmetic damage to the front of the radiator from the courier but did not notice this until after the 3 day return policy when it was opened for installation.

We are sorry to hear this Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team to allow us the opportunity to replace the item for you. Your items should be 100% perfect and will have left that way, this is most likely transit damage. We would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.

Hi the radiator was slightly damaged on top right and corner, with the trouble that I had with delivery I decided not to sent it back I touched it up with radiator paint. The delivery was poor I had three days of being informed by e mail that my radiator was being deliverd, it was finally delivered on third day of staying in and waiting

Paid for a radiator online, it was delivered in a box not damaged is this something that needs a review? You didn’t fail to carry this out and I don’t see how you can excel at sending a box via a courier to my home address.

The selection of radiators and the pricing were excellent. The staff were very helpful. But you lost the sale of both radiators ( over £300 ) because of your delivery firm Arrow who didn't deliver on the day they say said which held my builders up plus several other problems including the slow return of product which could have resurrected the sale. Yasmin can give you the details. Shame otherwise it would have been 5*

I ordered a bathroom ladder radiator and the first two radiators delivered had minor flaws. Customer service was very responsive and replacement sent without delay. Price was competitive but have done without hassle of faulty goods.

Nothing wrong with ‘Trade Radiators’ as such but big problem with their supplier. I bought a ‘Towelrads Ascot’ vertical radiator. The individual panels were a mm or so higher or shorter than the others. Trade radiators refunded promptly, but they should check the products before they’re sent out to the customer.

I was disappointed that the bushes didn’t arrive with the radiator. They were sent by post but it meant the engineer coming back again

Product bought came well packed and in time, there was a variation in weight on postage sticker it was 28kg and invoice 42kg. On preparation for installing plumber thought best to have feet as radiator was closer to 40kg weight. I phoned through to helpline as online the delivery only had a ' standard' option and we needed a quicker time. I explained all this about no option for one day delivery from website and the agent was quite abrupt and just told me to follow the website process, i did it again and still no option for one-day so i phoned again and a lovely lady , Jasmine explained that the standard delivery option will automatically be one day. The abrupt response from the first agent was unnecessary and indeed possibly avoided had your website delivery option be clearer. Review on product will depend on time.

Sorry you feel this way, the charges given come directly from the courier. We do always give the option of arranging your own return should you wish to do so.

The self drilling screws that came with the towel rail are not long enough. Otherwise the order was delivered quickly.

I haven't received my radiator yet, but hopefully I will be happy with them. I wasn't happy with the customer service though. Upon receiving an automated email about the delivery, I sent an email back to their team asking a question. Their reply just cut and pasted a paragraph from the previous email and didn't address my question at all. In fact that very paragraph was the whole reason I emailed them. It was very lazy and disappointed me when I have spent thousands with the company.

Arrived on time although item was left outside front door as nobody was home. Once it was taken out of box it was as advertised but did have a scuff mark on one side see photo so very disappointing

After waiting 12 days had to contact to be told there was a problem with delivery and then was informed 3 days later that delivery was imminent and it was, feel I should have been informed when they knew they had a problem and not wait until I complained

Radiator arrived but no valves as the courier had stolen them from the order. Your customer service was very good and the replacement valves arrived very quickly. However, I also had another radiator delivered with the replacement valves so I had to contact your customer service dept. to organise another courier to pick up the surplus radiator. Overall, the service was acceptable, I eventually got what I ordered and if I was being picky a thankyou email recognising my honesty in returning the surplus rad would of been appreciated.

Poor customer service and after sales. Purchased several cast rads but this time I ordered a pewter rad and not the old pewter I was meant to. Pewter is actually silver and old pewter is very dark brown. The valves are marked up as pewter but are actually old pewter in colour. Makes no sense. Said they could send me spray paint for £87!

Thank you for your review Stephen. I am sorry you ordered the wrong colour. Our customer service team did advise you could buy paint as this is a cheaper option for you than sending it back and having it repainted. The valves you ordered are a completely different brand to the radiators so are never going to match the finish. The colour you purchased is very clear as per the images on the website.
